It is my duty to leave a review about my terrible experience w. Nextgen. Customer beware! If your valuables are important to you, please do not use this company! I hired them to move from San Diego to Arizona. I thought having the owner move my things was a good thing, but the move was was a nightmare! The owner was on his phone throughout the move and because of this, he was careless and all my 4 large 6 ft mirrors and picture frames weren't wrapped and all came tumbling down as they exit the elevator. My heart beated with fear and dissappointment as I assisted them throughout my move. I told him to wrap and he didn't listen and was so careless. the move was already a stressful situation and then to experience this I couldn't hold back my tears as I saw broken glasses and dented frame mirrors all over the floor. They not only broke my valuables, but the slow pace cause me an extra night I had to pay for a hotel. The damage and experience with Nextgen exceeds the cost 3x of what I paid their service. They have no insurance coverage and no sense of compassion of the terrible service they provided me. I paid them so I can receive my things and end the nightmare! Wow. I literally don't know how to explain how amazing these guys were. Keith and max were so quick and just absolutely amazing. They asked me where everything needed to be and said okay from now on don't worry, don't lift a finger. They got everything moved in up the multiple stairs in an hour and a half. Highly recommend. I use this company a month ago I called them about a week after my move to discuss my dryer that have been damaged I was told that I signed a contract and that they only could cover $100 of my thousand dollar dryer so if you have anything expensive I would not suggest using this company highly disappointed nobody's got back to me about anything higher than $100 I wish I would've never use this company it was $600 for the move they could've at lease reimburse me for the move. read more

The moving crew work is awesome. I have 2 units apartment but everything is cleaned out under 30 minutes. Yes under 30 minutes. I have a few things that need to be wrapped and boxed but I don't have any extra boxes. They helped me with all of them without charge. The rate is unbeatable as well. I was looking around and other places charge more than $109 an hour. You can ask them for the quote but I am sure it will the cheapest price you can find. Highly recommend. We're not usually ones to hire movers, but this move happened so spur of the moment we didn't have time to guilt friends and family to help out. Went with Nextgen/EZ Moving on a whim and were so pleasantly surprised--Beket and Shamil showed up & now they are our friends and family. Super casual dynamic, extremely communicative, efficient, and down to tackle anything. The exiting of our 8-foot-long couch through a seemingly 3ft-doorway and stairwell opening (the entering of which I'd repressed from my memory like childbirth) seemed an impossible feat, but Beket & Shamil refused to give up! I'm sitting on it now in my new apt as I type this. Beket & Shamil were extremely sensitive to our time (and cash) limit, and did their best to stick within the parameters while still taking care to not destroy anything along the way. They packaged all of our vintage furniture with TLC and managed to move delicately and gracefully like ballet dancers through our complex's impossibly quiet courtyard packed with various porcelain figurines, fountains, death traps, and hostile jurassic greenery. Super happy with how things turned out! They made a sporadic move feel comforting and fun. read more

The best moving experience I've ever had! They showed up on time and ready to work. They worked into the night and did a fantastic job keeping all my stuff from breaking. A problem I've had with other companies is getting people who weren't strong enough to move the heavier objects. This was NOT an issue for these three. These guys were super communicative, flexible, and friendly! I had called morning of to see if they had mattress bags but they didn't have any at that time, so they offered to stop and purchase some on their way. These guys were super careful with our belongings and made sure to put everything exactly where I wanted. Worked with Mike and 3 other movers on each side (loading and unloading) for a long distance move to a different state and they were all truly WONDERFUL! First, the pricing was so competitive, it was way cheaper than any other moving companies I called. This was my second time using this company so they offered me a discount for being a loyal customer, which was GREAT. In addition, they were super prepared with all the packing materials we might need and made sure all of the other movers were very careful with our things. Mike even asked the movers to take their shoes off when stepping on our rugs (we're Asian so we don't like shoes on our indoor stuff!). I hire NextGen for my recent move and due to the new property not being ready on time I had to re schedule my move. The NextGen team was accommodating and has great communication. The day of the move they showed up on time, explained to me their moving process and quickly jumped into loading the boxes. I moved from and to a second floor (including refrigerator and living room/bedroom furniture) . They made sure to wrap all my belongings and took great care of them. They are very time efficient and quick to get everything loaded and moving.
