The banter between customers and the staff was fun and made this a place you want to visit and come back. The prices were as to be expected and the staff all gave an estimate as they started which I appreciate. My daughter had picked out a nail design and Steven was able to match it perfectly. I expressed concerns about a possible reaction to acrylics and Mia was able to suggest an alternative that allows me the longer nail I wanted. She also was able to recreate a design I picked. Ruby was so detail oriented with the pedicure and my feet feel fantastic.

I tried this place out after reading reviews of a few different ones in my area. I was serviced by Lena (hope I spelled that right). She was amazing!! She explained things so well to me, kept telling me I have strong and beautiful natural nails, helped me decide which design to choose for the cat eye gels when I was indecisive. I needed some TLC on my heels too and she used this homemade rose scented sugar scrub exfoliant and really just did great work. Pretty sure she also practiced some TCM on my hand's and feet's pressure points. I turned on the massager and closed my eyes lol. I was truly in heaven. She's very kind and you can tell she takes pride in her work. Detail oriented and I could see she was taking extra care to not let any gel cure on my skin. I love how they came out. The color also changes hues in different lighting. It's so cool! Might be worth to mention that it's been only a week and the gel has started to chip off on one of the nails, but I also work with my hands, so maybe that's why. def want to come back and try again soon.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE LEFT IN TEARS AND THE MANAGER "BEN" DIDNT GIVE A CARE IN THE WORLD…read more he kept saying "this is the latest I've stayed at work" in a rush the whole time doing my nails left them so horrible looking like I still needed a fill. Left nails sticky and not fully painted. when I brought it to his attention he stated "you got a fill it's not going to be perfect " and that the sides messed up because of the filing and not once offered to fix them because (he was rushing to go home) then as I'm paying for something Im not happy with the lady ringing me up gasped when she tapped my card then called the manager. I asked what's the issue? and they stated nothing. I went to my car checked my account and turns out they charged me $828!!!!!!!!!! on top of my bill! and not once mention it to me nor saying it was an accident or apologize. I go back inside and ask why did they charge me that much and why didn't they say anything when it happened and Ben (the managers) response was "it's not a problem on our end.. it's up to yourbank" if I wouldn't have checked my account they wouldn't have ever told me about that transaction or reversed it! I told him I will NEVER come back all he said was " that's okay" I said your whole service was rushed. I went with the mindset of having a nice mother daughter spa night with my 7year old daughter instead left in tears with a BAD EXPERIENCE UGLY NAILS AND PRETTY MUCH ROBBED ME $828!!!!!!!! I really hope people read this and see that this place isn't a good place to go too.! Ben you should be ashamed of yourself!

I settled on this place because they had a great reviews and looking through their photos. I can tell that their nail techs are thorough and detailed. I called this morning, a half hour after they opened and asked if they take walk-ins the woman that I spoke with asked if I could come in right then and I told her I could be there in 15 minutes. She told me OK 15 minutes is fine and I started to get ready and I got a call back from them saying that they couldn't take me right now and would 11:30 AM be better. I said sure that's fine so I hopped in the shower real quick so I could get ready for the day and then go get my nails done since moving has me really stressed out and I could use a pick me up. They called me twice while I was in the shower and the last time told me that if I could come closer to 12 or 1230 and I told them unfortunately no since I have to pick up my child from school and that's too close to the time and I don't want to rush. I told him unfortunately I'll have to cancel the appointment and I won't be able to make it. The woman I was speaking to on the phone, then started saying something about her previous appointment being late and that caught me off guard so I asked her. Why does the previous appointment being late make it so that I don't get my appointment? That's super unprofessional and unfair to me and they should've told the appointment that was late that they're no longer able to service them as they have other appointments coming in. I told her that's completely unfair to me as a customer and I will not be making another appointment with them again. Sorry for any typos or brevity- using talk to text while I get ready to look for a different nail salon.
