I trusted the process, but after a day, I was not impressed with the overall result. It was thick, uneven, and lumpy. When I called Jackie, the owner, she had a curt tone from the start, with an air of annoyance. As the conversation went on, it became condescending. She told me I should have booked with Rick if I expected a certain outcome. I didn't call to be lectured. I called to have an issue fixed. She refused a refund and only offered to redo the same service I didn't want. After years of frequenting the salon with no issues , I expected them to remove it and offer something I actually liked. Do not go here unless you are absolutely certain of what service you want and know you'll like it. Don't let them steer you into something else, even if they say, "Don't worry, we'll fix it." That was not true in my case. Go at your own risk. The owner does not value the over customer experience or satisfaction.

She is literally doing cuticles super fast and cut me. When I said Ow! She said Oh I got you? And just kept going very fast. I try really hard to find the positive but so far - no good. The place appears to be clean so that's a positive. We were offered a drink when we came in. However, she appeared to be irritated that I had gel that needed to be removed. Do they expect customers to come in ready for polish? If so, why am I paying for a pedicure. She ripped the foam toe separator off my feet instead of just taking them off and threw it down. Idk if she's having a bad day or what but she is coming off as angry at the world.
