I was shocked because I was standing in front of her with a full cup I couldn't drink! The brunette with straight hair said nothing and offered no help throughout the entire exchange. When I made it clear I wanted it done now, not on some future visit, she told me they couldn't swap it because I'd "had it too long." Now I am shocked again! The cup was basically full as I only had the two sips. Only after I stood my ground did she reluctantly offer to ask a manager. The redhead manager was a complete 180. She handled it immediately, made a new matcha drink without sugar (way better but not a good matcha drink in general) and was genuinely pleasant, resolving it without hesitation or attitude. In an era where customer experience is everything, treating a paying customer in such a poor way is fast way to lose business. The staff must be trained better, or put them somewhere they are not customer-facing. I won't be back.
