MOD Pizza - Pizza - Fast Food Near Me - Wake Forest, North Carolina

Quick, custom, and delicious. This is my go-to pizza spot. I can have it my way. I can also try new things. The pizzas are also affordable. Every time I visit, I receive service with a smile. It's like the people working there appreciate my business. Also, they are willing to take the time to make sure my order is made to my liking. A little bit of this, more of that, and a smidgen of those over there. What's that? This is me sometimes when I visit MOD and I never get a side-eye or frustrated look. This is a great place to meet up with friends and family. It's also a good spot for a second or third date. Also, my mom loves this place. She has her fave pizza and that makes me smil Happy eating. read more

You get what they have. They have this really salty thin dough that probably has very little levener in it. Then they put it on a counter before you (behind a glas divider of course) and you tell them what you want on it. The employee will scoop controlled portions of food that comes in bags, jars, and other formats one would expect to find ultra-processed foods in. Then they bake it all up for you! It's basically a saltine cracker with stuff you could get at your local grocery store on top! Is it good? No. Is it edible? Yes. Is it fast? Certainly. Is it worth the money? No. It is not. You can go to many better places and get a meal for less than or as much as an 11 inch pizza from Mod. Basically, this is the Subway of pizza - sans the promotional icon that ended up being a pedophile. read more

We absolutely love MOD pizza and go to, or order delivery from the Wake Forest location at least twice a month!! The pizza is always fresh, prepared perfectly and delicious. The salads are good too. The service is always great and I love to customize my pizza exactly how I want it. They have plenty of seating inside and outside and the vibe is cool. I love the pictures of people on the one wall. It's in a great location too. Thanks MOD WF for your consistency. read more

First I am not a pizza lover，But the pizza here is so delicious，I really enjoyed the pizza here, and the staff were very friendly.

I absolutely love Mod pizza, but the last few times we have been, the manager has been so rude and her attitude towards an allergy i have was awful. we told her that i had an allergy, and she got very irritated that she didn't make it right. read more

Food is good but the filth in the store bad it a very unpleasant experience. The flies that swarmed around the tables caused us to pack up our food and leave. The bathroom was disgusting also read more

Best pizza around! They do it your way! Plus why go anywhere else most places don't have grease on pizza anymore!

Really Dirty Place! As someone else reviewed, swarming with gnats. Bathrooms disgusting at 11am opening time?? That means nothing was cleaned at prior closing. The food is great and staff friendly. But the place is obviously poorly managed and downright filthy. read more

Visited 9/20/20 for the first time. Ordered online & went inside to pick up. The staff was friendly & getting my food was very fast. Food was fresh, BUT I wish there was more cheese on the pizza. The cheese bread was good. The red sauce was a bit salty for me. I prefer a sweeter sauce. I will definitely go back soon. read more

This place is good for what it is- fast/cheap pizza. Came here recently for the first time. I am from NY and have had my share of amazing pizza. This will not be that. If you know that it wont be that, then its not bad. We tried three different varieties of their pizza and the cheese bread. This is a very thin crust and very little cheese place. I ordered extra cheese on my pizza when I saw how little was going on it. The pizza was good for a quick meal on a busy night. The staff was friendly and the service was speedy despite several people being in line ahead of us. read more

My pizza really wasn't all that. It's like a Blaze pizza knock off. The pizza was salty, the crust was powdery, and my lemonade was very tart. Idk maybe I need to try it again. read more

MOD is a good place to stop in for lunch. They are quick and offer a simple menu to create salads and thin crust oven baked pizza. It's like the Subway of pizza, so to speak. You go through the line and choose your ingredients. Each item is priced by size, which is great if you like the works! I love that they just added shredded Brussels sprouts to their options! I like their house-made teas and lemonades (try the marionberry lemonade). They also offer a few beers and canned wines which is unexpected. I've yet to try their milkshakes but they sound good! Ok why three stars? I've been quite a few times and lately it seems it's not being kept quite as tidy as when it opened. It can get very busy and it's very family friendly so I'm sure it's tough to keep up with, but it's noticeable. Next, not their fault but the parking is not adequate. And don't even try to turn left back onto Rogers road! It keeps me from going more often on my work lunch break. The staff is always very nice. read more

MOD Pizza - Make your own salad - lots of options! - Fast Food Near Me - Wake Forest, North Carolina

Second visit today - decided to create my own salad. The two gentleman at the counter were very friendly, both greeted me when I walked in. I was the only customer in there but I was eating lunch late. The lettuce looked very wilted, like it had been sitting out a long time. I mentioned it to the employee and he ran to the back and got fresh lettuce, much appreciated! I added bacon, pepperoni, feta, Asiago, diced tomatoes, and mushrooms. I chose the honey lime dressing on the side (they will toss it for you if you like). Reason for three stars again - I just didn't find enough choices that I personally like to add to my salad. They do have other salad "fixins", but they were not items I would eat (marinated artichokes, sausage, etc). I grabbed an unsweetened black tea as well and the tea was quite good. If you aren't as picky as I am, this might be the place for you. I don't think I'd visit here again, just based on limited options (I don't eat pizza crust any longer). Service and employees were friendly, kudos to friendly guys! read more

ake out | Dinner I tried Modd pizza for the first time last week. My family liked us so much that we decided to order it today on pi day. However, my order was messed up, but I did not realize until I got home. When I called the restaurant up, they were very apologetic and accommodating. I asked if they remake the one out of the two pizzas that were messed up. When I got there not only had they remade the one pizza they had remade my whole order! Not only where they kind and apologized. I will continue to come back! read more

Normally pizza is supposed to have fresh toppings. But as you can see below in the picture...the mushrooms are not fresh. During COVID times you need all the sales you can get. That means providing decent products. Are they not busy that their products are sitting there until it goes bad? If the mushrooms are being delivered this way by your suppliers, then you should return them. Definitely not satisfied with this location. read more

MOD Pizza - a pizza with pineapples, mushrooms, and peppers - Fast Food Near Me - Wake Forest, North Carolina

We went in for their grand opening today. Everyone screams hello to you when you walk in. The menu is pretty simple. They have three different sizes. It's kind of like chipotle or moes but for pizza. They have a list of classic recipes or you can build your own. We chose the Lucy sunrise and the calexico. I added ricotta cheese to the Lucy. We paid and then waited for our pizza. It only took a few mins for them to be done cooking the pizza. The food was cooked perfectly. The crust is thin, so it's crispy but still chewy. It's kind of like flatbread. Their dough is organic. They also offer gluten free dough! Everyone was really friendly and helped explain the entire concept. They have house made lemonades and teas that look really yummy. They serve wine and beer too. read more

This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant in a while. They were very disorganized, they gave one of our items to a different customer and when the customer left the store then came back to say it was wrong, they took it out of the box and put it in a plate to give to us. That's disgusting. All of the tables were sticky and the employees were rude. read more

They are very friendly. Planning my daughter 13 birthday and went to check their menu. They vegan was delicious . I enjoyed it. The store is very clean. Thanks read more

This is a great way to get a decent pizza fast. You come in, and order it 'subway style' meaning pick your crust, pick your sauce, and point and grunt at what toppings you want. It comes out pretty quickly from a giant brick oven and that's probably it's best point. one of those quick cook turn it a few times and pull it out style cooks. they have other salad options for the non-pizza bread inclined which I haven't tried, but I've seen a few on the tables and they look sizeable and with the wide variety of ingredients you should be able to make some pretty good salads. For the choice paralyzed there are pre-built menu options you can order as well. read more

I usually don't have bad experiences especially when it comes to pizza, I was disappointed. Customer service was great and they have kind people, but they missed two of my favorite ingredients on pizza. The jalapeños and pepperoni. And I feel like they were lacking on the amount of ingredients on the pizza. My boyfriend gave me his jalapeños that's why they are on my pizza. They checked off all the ingredients on my receipt but they missed the two they checked off. Not worth my drive all the way from Henderson. read more

This place is really cool and will soon become our favorite! A drive-through, however you want it, quick, pizza place that tastes delicious? We are in! The prices aren't unreasonable, about $5 for a mini pizza and $8 for a regular size. The crusts are thin which helps with pizza guilt. Don't want pizza? They have salads, for the same price! They also have a variety of drinks and outside seating. We found the staff to be super helpful and friendly. We will return!!! I forgot to mention that I had 3 kids (under 6 might I add), and everyone enjoyed their pizzas! read more

I've been to the Mod pizza in Raleigh, so was excited to learn of this one closer to home. The concept is simple, small, medium or large with as many toppings as you want. Sadly, they had no spinach not sun dried tomatoes like they do in other store. I did love the asparagus, artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers though. read more

My family loves MOD Pizza. The size of the pizza just right for a single serving and they offer beer on tap as well as a small selection of wine. We come after soccer practice a lot always eat outdoors on the patio when it's nice out. The pizza is thin crust. Great selection of pre-chosen toppings or you can make your own. They also offer salads. My favorite is the Mad dog and I add spicy chicken sausage and pineapples with bbq swirl. If you have littles that like cheese pizza have them cut it in 8's instead of 4's much easier for them to eat! read more

If you like a build your own pizza concept then MOD pizza is for you. I usually always start from one of the pizzas on their menu and then add any additional toppings that I want from there. However, if you want to create your full pizza yourself you do have that option as well. They have so many ingredients to choose from and everything is always so fresh. Upon entering the restaurant you are always warmly greeted. Staff always ensures that you are promptly assisted. This visit I took my brother for the first time and the young lady took the time to explain to him. The pizzas are perfect size to eat in one setting or to have leftovers, depending on how hungry you are. The restaurant is always clean and I'm always able to find a table. read more

Okay story time: Today was my first time being there so the girl over the counter was giving me a run down of how it works. She pulled out this thin, 11 inch cracker and I thought to myself, "Oh wow! How neat! They have 3-d models of what your pizza is gonna look like!". Girl that was the pizza dough! After seeing that,I was a little hesitant and thought I was gonna be having notebook paper for dinner, but when they baked it,it puffed up more and was no longer a cracker lol. Two fountain drinks and an 11 inch pizza with the mega crust was about $15..... I thought the pizza was pretty okay and I thought the sauce was nice, but I prefer a bit more sauce to my pizza. Overall it was just okay! Employees were nice though. read more

Not bad pizza for as quick as it. One nice thing is you get to pick whatever toppings you want for the same price! The minis are perfect sized for a child and the regular "Mod" is perfect for most adults... I will say I made the mistake of getting the double crusted pizza once... When I ordered it, I thought it was going to be two crusts combined to make one larger pizza. Nope... Just one crust on top of the other. Not sure what the point of that is... The staff are always friendly and welcome you as soon as you walk in the door. read more

Moved her from NYC last June and was craving white pizza. I asked them if they could make me one and the asked what goes on it. I told the individual oil with garlic on the dough and then in a separate mix mozzarella and ricotta cheese with a pinch a salt and pepper. The added as much as I wanted then spread it on my pizza. I was super ecstatic!!! Every since then, I just walk in and they make it. All the employees are polite and I always get service with a smile and the place is really clean!! read more

Ordered to go from Mod Pizza tonight (Friday) May 5th. Everything was excellent. The Lucie Sunshine pizza was outstanding. A garlic base, with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, artichokes and red sauce spots. Yum!! Mod Pizza is like a Subway Pizza restaurant but with high quality ingredients. The mozzarella cheese is buttery and delicious. The red sauce has real tomatoes. You can get different bases, cheeses, finishes and any one of around 25 different toppings on your pizza, all for the same price. Cheeses include feta and Gorgonzola. Toppings include fresh rosemary and fresh basil. Finishes include spicy buffalo sauce and fig balsalmic. The garlic bread appetizers and cinnamon bread dessert were super tasty. The strawberry dip was real strawberries. Excellent value for the money. If the quality holds up, we will definitely be returning for years to come. read more
