I decided to grab Jet's pizza today. Upon arrival I was greeted by a young man named Demetri (I think that's his name). I could tell by his greeting that he loved his job, loved working with people and is an amazing individual. His customer service was superior from beginning to end! This is my second visit to this Jets Pizza. The first visit the staff was simply not friendly. "everyone has a bad day". Today, the person who took my order was very friendly. The pizza was then thrown on the counter by another staff member, who threw it and walked away. Ordered a pie and some wings for lupper on SB Sunday. They don't deliver to Creedmoor so I had to pick a "pickup" time slot and drive the 20 minutes into Raleigh to get it. All of the slots within 2 hours of the game were already taken, so I picked the next best one. Was pleasantly surprised by the pizza. Good, consistent and the toppings were not too skimpy and not too generous. The pizza is better than your typical chains like the D's, PH, PJ's etc. The local small family owned places in and around Creedmoor, however, seem to be a little better at it. The wings were okay - Good but tiny - no jumbo wings here. I must have overlooked where an order of wings was only 8 wings - I was expecting 10 or a dozen when I opened the box. Now I know. No blue cheese or ranch with the wings either - that was a surprise. I must have missed something when I placed the order. read more

We moved into the area recently, and received a coupon for a free large pizza as a welcome. We ordered it, and when we went to pick it up, we were told we couldn't use the coupon because we ordered from the app instead of a the desktop site, and therefore couldn't choose "cash" as payment type (none of this was explicated on the coupon). They told us to put in the order using a computer next time--fine, we paid, left, and ate the pizza. It was okay. Well, we just went through the process again, ordering the large pizza using the desktop site and selecting cash--and when we went to pick it up, we were told we couldn't use the coupon because we didn't make it deep dish (this was also not explicated on the coupon, nor were we told when we ordered and came in last time). We were upset, but we again paid and left. Well, we just got home and opened the pizza and found it inedibly burnt. So not only did they scam us twice, but we didn't even pay for edible pizza. Honestly, we would have preferred Dominos or Pizza Hut over whatever this was, and we would have paid half as much. We are fond of the taste of their pizza. Unfortunately, their customer service does not measure up to that taste. When customer service is similar to Burger King or Wendy's, you are losing. Today, we ordered a pizza for delivery. It was estimated to arrive at 5 pm. I checked shortly after 5, and no pizza had been left on our front porch. Finally, I called at 5:20. I was told that the pizza had been delivered at 4:30, and it was my fault if it was not there when I checked for it at the estimated delivery time. Our pizzas come out perfect, fresh and delicious every time. We normally get a large deep dish square pizza. The crust is buttery and perfectly crunchy. Their sauce is very flavorful, and the cheese is perfectly melted. They have a pretty good selection of toppings too. The staff is always pleasant and nice. First let me saying that this is my husband's favorite place for pizza, me, not so much. He likes the pizza especially because of the crust. Their pizza is usually good so they are typically a go-to for me. However, after tonights customer service from their store I will no longer be ordering from them. I tried ordering a pizza online tonight but the website didn't recognize my address, so I called the order in. The total was around the same price it showed online, so I didn't think much of it. When the order got here, it was only one pizza. Called and spoke to staff at store, they could care less and said I would need to place a brand new order (aka: more delivery fee's, etc) Not sure why I would need to pay extra to have the correct order delivered to me, then was handed off to a manager. A friend purchased a Groupon for Jet's Pizza so we tried out the Creedmoor Rd. location. We met Eric, the owner. He was very friendly and helpful. We ordered the Sicilian-style deep dish and a salad. We weren't disappointed! The food was fresh, delicious and plentiful. In fact, the best, crispy deep dish crust I've had in NC thus far. It wasn't greasy, and we enjoyed our meal! Oh but they're weird and they're wonderful...8 corner pizza? Those rectangular boxes? I just can't get enough! Consistency is key when it comes to good pizza. My only wish is that this location accepted the other location's coupons and vice versa. Coupons give you a really good deal though prices are legit. I don't always order pizza, but when I do it's Jet's. My order is complicated, as I order for the masses. SO glad that they finally brought Jet's Pizza to the South! Jet's is most widely known for their square pizzas that have a thick, chewy crust with a delightful crunch on the outer edges. Definitely my favorite. If you haven't had their Jet's Bread (round dough, covered in garlic butter and cheese) dipped in their amazing house-made ranch dressing, you're doing yourself a disservice. While my favorite is the BBQ chicken pizza (made with Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce and covered with crumbled bacon), their other pizzas are also wonderful. Never had been here before, really enjoyed it but felt it needed extra sauce. The next time I went, ordered to be made with the extra sauce and it was delicious. One of the best deep dish pizza I have ever had. I am from NYC and have had my share of pizza. I am not giving 5 stars because I have some minor issues. 1. When you add toppings they charge you $2 per topping. I ordered what was normally an $8 large pie, added extra sauce, mushrooms, pepperoni and meatballs and it became $18. This seemed way to expensive to me. 2. The fact that if I asked for a small tub of extra sauce, they changed me .80 cents. If I am paying $8 or $18 for pizza they can spare the sauce. 3. You have to ask for seasonings like cheese and hot pepper. They dont include it. Plus there is no organo available. I am from NYC where these are always given freely or available to for you to add to your pizza before you leave the store. 4. You have to wait for it to be made fresh, which I love but they don't call you when its ready and it takes anywhere from 15-30 min. So your waiting around. Overall the pizza is delicious but you have to know what your getting into. read more

Do not order pizza from this location! Our credit card information was taken from this establishment. We hardly ever used this one credit card we have and when we did, a couple days later, someone stole our credit card information and used it to purchase almost $200 worth of merchandise. We brought this up to the manager and he sounded more defensive than apologetic. He was "supposedly" going to figure out what happened, but he clearly never got back to use. We ordered pizza over the phone, so they could have easily written it down and placed it in their pocket or taken a picture of it with their phone.
