We ordered a cheese pizza or as it's called up North, a plain pie, along with the Manhattan supreme. I didn't personally try the cheese pizza, but the supreme was good, but not OMG good. In MY opinion, I want a thinner crust, and when we got this pizza home, the supreme looks like they have a pepperoni pizza made, and just sort of throw all the other toppings on, which means they fall off. It was okay, not bad, just not great. As my 11-year-old granddaughter said, you should have gotten Domino's, and at twice the price, I almost agree with her. I didn't notice anything special about the sauce, which I think is fine, and let me add, I dislike Domino's. I ordered the elote bites, and they were good, although I'm sure they come from a huge food distribution company. Would I give them another chance? Maybe, but like a couple of other places, I'd get something other than pizza. It does look VERY clean, and the girl at the counter was nice. Let me start by saying I normally love their pizza and have great experiences. Today I order a bbq chicken pizza half with no tomato or red pepper. First order they cook it normal, I tell the manager this is not correct. Ok he refunds my money and remakes the pizza. Second pizza they put onions on half and everything else normal. I tell them this is not what I ordered. They make it again this time it looks correct. I get home my family starts eating why does my BBQ chicken pizza have no bbq sauce!!!??? I call them come back. The manger and pizza maker meet me in the lobby. The pizza maker tells me there is bbq sauce on there it's just cooked in. BLUF: Pizza arrives quickly and hot, and chicken wings come crispy. But... we will not be visiting because we personally did not like the pizza nor chicken wings. Selection: (+1 star) Good selection of pizza and some pre-reciped varieties for you to choose. When you arrive, the menu is a little difficult for me to decipher given font/writing on the wall, but you can figure it out. We chose the BBQ chicken pizza as it was our first time. Can't go crazy on a place when you don't know their quality. We also ordered the chicken wings to start. Quality: (+0.5 star) The pizza arrived quickly and hot. The chicken wings were crispy and generally fried well. A few notes on the pizza. They would definitely receive a lower score from David Portnoy's review. Very floppy, crust could be crispier, but has plenty of cheese. The chicken wings did come out crispy from frying, but each chicken wing was not uniformed in size. Flats were not all the same, drums the same. We had a few flats which were miniature in size. At $15 for a basket of 10 wings, I would expect the wings to be uniformed in size and you'd get your money's worth. Relatively small wings for the price. Taste: (+0 star) Hot Honey BBQ sauce was okay and the ranch dressing was very creamy - think hidden valley ranch dressing creamy that has a texture similar to mucous. Not my preference, but this doesn't affect overall rating. The pizza had reasonable BBQ flavor on it, but was dominated by the cheese amount. While I don't have an issue with cheese, I did order BBQ chicken and prefer to have more sauce than cheese. The chicken was more white meat, which meant the chicken was tougher and drier than my preference. I appreciated the non-crust thin-ness, but it wasn't crispy in any sense of the word. This contributed to the floppiness of the pizza and slight chewy bread texture. There is minimal BBQ sauce on the pizza, but it seems the chicken might have been marinated in BBQ. Yes, it's a BBQ chicken pizza, but it's not a pizza with chicken and BBQ sauce. The crust is a little crispy, if not a little burnt. This is odd since the rest of the pizza isn't crispy. Cleanliness: (+1 star) The facility is overall clean. Bathroom is the same. However, the men's bathroom stall has no door, so I hope you enjoy dropping a deuce and wiping in front of other guests. Tables were clean and you get plastic wrapped utensils, so no issues on cleanliness. Staff: (+1 star) Staff was nice and courteous. When they get the order right, the pizza is quite good , however it is very inconsistent . Many times when you order extra cheese or light cook , you don't get what you ordered . Also, I had a gift card given to me for their store and used it twice on a phone order and when I went to use it the third time the manager on duty said that they couldn't take gift cards on phone orders. That makes no sense and they had done it twice before in the same period of 2 weeks. I ordered an XL Greek pizza, house salad, and garlic knots to go on 18OCT2023. Our food was ready at the time indicated on the website. The Greek pizza was really delicious and 2 slices were plenty for a meal. The garlic knots were crispy on the outside, had plenty of garlic butter, and were very tasty. Since we were full from the pizza and garlic knots, I had the salad for three meals for several following days. The salad had mixed greens, sliced cherry tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, diced cheese, and a vinaigrette dressing and was very reasonably priced for the serving size. Great convenient location, with good, quick service. The pizza can be somewhat overtopped and some of the combinations are very salty, but it is always hot and freshly made, with good chewy crust. My favorite options are the wings; both bone in and boneless are generously sized, well prepared, and reasonably priced for what you get. We decided to give Manhattan Pizza a try last night for dinner and we were blown away! We did delivery which had a pretty quick turnaround with a friendly delivery driver, missed his name. But everything was delivered hot and as we ordered. My husband ordered the Small Buffalo Chicken Pizza. He absolutely LOVED IT! He said it was full of so much flavor and cooked just right. The chicken he was impressed with because unlike other places the chicken was REAL, had a smokey flavor and did NOT come out of a can lol per his words. He really enjoyed it. I actually tried the Chicken Wings (Hot) with an order of Seasoned Fries. The wings were DELICIOUS ! The sauce had just the right K I C K to it, not too spicy but just right. Savory, to say the least. The wings were fried just right, to where they were not dry. It came with celery and HOMEMADE RANCH. My ranch lovers KNOW what that homemade means lol soooo good ! The fries were still hot and granted we do stay 10 mins away from the restaurant just another brownie point for them lol. I recently went to Manhattan Pizza when they were given away a free 10' Pizza for their customer. When I arrived I parked in the parking lot. The parking lot is huge because its situated inside of a shopping center. There was a line when we arrived. There were a few people in line with my son and I being #4 we were able to enter some giveaways and look at the menu while we waited. When we walked in there was already a line inside but the line moved quickly. I also ordered a 5 piece wing which was about $6. We drank water. They gave both my son and I a cheese pizza and it was good. The staff was very nice + pleasant. They answered my questions, I even got a chance to speak with the owner of that particular location and they even gave my son some pizza dough to play with. The pizza from this place is really good. I would venture to say some of the best you can get in town. Not saying that there aren't better places but close to my house this is pretty much it. The one thing that really makes it good in my opinion is that they are consistent. You know exactly what you will get every time. The bake is on point, the sauce to cheese to topping ratios are perfect. About the only negative I would say is I wish they used a better quality Italian sausage. My wings were all drums, which I believe the cooks were mind readers because those are the only ones I like. They were cooked to perfection and perfectly sauced with their hot honey bbq and house made ranch was literally a perfect pair! The Stromboli was also delicious a perfect balance of cheese and meat! I did this today but when I got home, I was very disappointed. They stacked the two slices of pizza on top of one another in the small box. Ordered a large pizza my receipt said order would be ready at 6:45. (Was ordered at 5:45) can share a picture of my receipt if needed. Got there at 6:22 to pick up and the pizza was cold.
