As my hunger grew on a breezy and beautiful summer day (August 7th), I had a craving for something new but verified. I was deciding between MisFits & another location so I texted a friend to make the final decision. Long story short, she chose MisFits & we met around 1pm. From what I've been recommended, my/our experience was pretty aligned with what I had heard. Random summer Thursday. Perfect for a good lunch. I was familiar with where MisFits was but never walked inside. Considering that other downtown locations either are on a one-way street, are in busier areas or have less parking availability, the location is relatively convenient. I parked right in front of the restaurant & entered an enamoring space. The entrance leads into a hallway with the host toward the end. Once past the "host hall," the interior is 80% modern, 20% retro. Filled with booths, clear lanes and a good mix of seating options. The lighting is perfectly balanced with large windows for natural light to be let in with other fixtures filling the gaps. We sat in the large "L" shaped booth & our server was with us almost immediately (there were only 2 other tables sat at the time). Of all the menus I've observed, MisFits may have the most efficient offerings ever. There's not tons of variety but it didn't feel limited either. Classic American Favorites, Only. While our server was wrapping up with the other 2 tables, I reluctantly decided on the 1/2 Sandwich (The Wifey) 1/2 Soup (Rotisserie Chicken Tortilla Soup) with Sweet Potato Fries while my friend ordered the B.B. Burger & normal fries. The food came out relatively quickly, less than 10mins after placing the order. The chicken sandwich was good but I was more surprised at how hearty & flavorful the soup was! It made me want to order a full order of nachos. My friend stated that her burger was good except the bacon was thicker & chewier than she would have liked (but she's picky). We conversed for another 20-30mins afterwards but I think we were both satisfied with our meals. Overall, I believe that MisFits has almost the perfect name: it's located downtown but still seems to be one of the more underrated restaurants in the district. If you want above-average American food & don't want to pay above average prices, this is the place to go. I'd be happy to revisit in the evening to see the full luminary experience.

Found this place because I looked up "best happy hours in Tulsa" and this place popped up. Me and my friend decided to try and it did not disappoint. We got some delicious cocktails and both got the happy hour burger. I was very excited when I learned the gluten free bun was not an extra charge to the happy hour prices Miranda was our bar tender/server and she was a great time. She took care of everything we needed and was very kind and enthusiastic.

Apricot Brussels - pretty good! Side of House Fries

Misfit Kitchen in Downtown Tulsa. I came with a large party and we were seated in their private dining area behind the bar. Our server that evening was kind but seemed to be all over the place, as she forgot a couple drinks. I know she was doing her best to memorize our orders but should have written it down. Anyway, the Apricot Brussels and House Fries were all I ordered for dinner since we had a pretty heavy lunch. And I loved the flavor of the Apricot Brussels. I would love if they were a little more roasted as opposed to being drenched in the sauce. Again, good flavor just wish it had some dry pieces or just lightly tossed in the sauce. The fries were average. Most of the people in my table ordered entrees and they seemed to enjoy what they had. Our service was a bit slow but I'm sure it was because we had a larger party. Overall, loved the Brussel sprouts and how easy it was to find the place. Decently priced food in a casual atmosphere.

Thought we would try something new, and this did not disappoint! My wife and I split the Mary had a little lamb...braised lamb shank and added a side of apricot brussel sprouts...she also had a raspberry Radler and I had a Yeungling. The flavors were outstanding! The lamb fell off the bone, so tender and so flavorful. This was an experience of flavors, everything complimenting each other. Our waiter was a hoot, cheerful and energetic, and helped make it a positive experience. The space has been renewed and is open, comfortable and inviting... Be sure to visit...and step a bit out of your comfort zone and experience the flavors! PS...they have happy hour specials too!

We decided to stop by here after the Oilers Game at the BOK. I love the atmosphere. The art work on the walls is hilarious. TVs everywhere if you want to watch the game. They have a full bar, decent wine & beer list. Excellent cocktail menu. Food was good. We orders the chicken nachos. We tried the Frying Nemo (fish sandwich) and the chicken with French fries. The ranch was bomb. Service was okay. The food was fast to come out but our waitress just wasn't very attentive. She would disappear for long periods or walk by but not check in (even with me actively trying to get her attention). They weren't even that busy in my opinion (half the tables were empty and she wasn't the only waitress working). I would give them another try but my husband said he would not due to the poor service.

I ordered the Jojo sandwich and Caesar salad lunch combo. The sandwich was great--fresh, flavorful, and definitely the star of the meal. Unfortunately, the Caesar salad was a big letdown. I'm a huge Caesar fan and usually order them wherever I go, but this one was barely edible. It was completely overdressed, and the flavor was way too tangy--just didn't taste right at all. Service was also lacking. No one checked on us after our food came out, and my water was never refilled. I really wanted to love the full experience because the sandwich was so good, but between the salad and the inattentive service, it was a bit disappointing overall

What an awesome spot in downtown Tulsa for sandwiches, salads, burgers, and more! The servers were very attentive and nice, and the food came out quickly! This is a great spot if you want to watch a sporting event -- there were at least 6 TVs visible from our table. The uvas con queso appetizer was delicious, the portion sizes were massive, and it was an overall great experience!

Let's start with the ambience we loved it we sat at the bar and the area is very appealing! The services was top tier super nice the manager stood at the bar a had a great conversation with me and my wife so polite and had great suggestions. And her suggestion hit because there nacho's and spicy honey wings were I will definitely be back the happy hour was amazing!

Stopped in for a late lunch. The wings and Brussels sprouts were quite good. Our server, Miranda was awesome.

We came for brunch. Everything was good but not great. Food was good, service was a little slow. They seemed understaffed. Ambience is okay but wasn't really worth a return for me. Good but not memorable.

This is such a good spot! yummy food, great service, and they had live music as well. the food was chefs kiss. Super impressive, as they made their own potato chips from scratch, fresh and warm when served - THE BEST I EVER HAD. We started off with the Misfit Nachos that were different than you're normal nachos, the presentation 10/10, lots of flavor, not too salty, perfect proportion! My husband got the Joe Joe sandwich and it was TASTY. I got The Wifey - mouthwatering. I may be hyping them up but man, we're coming back. plus the GM Scott was incredible!

The garlic parmesan wings were delicious! The flavor wasn't too salty and over the top like some wings tend to be. Will definitely be back.

The fried chicken Sandwich was pretty tasty! I would highly recommend. It's not the best place in town but I would go again.

Salad and Go in Jenks hooked me up and made a fan out of me. The drive thru lanes were empty and service was friendly and fast! I ordered the Fajita Wrap w/ chicken (710 calories/$6.79) and a Cobb Salad w/ chicken but WITHOUT hard boiled egg (because... ewww ) (780 calories/ $6.79). The Fajita Wrap was massive. No, it was humongous. Some might say is was "transcendent", but I surely would not. The cold flour tortilla was stuffed full and literally bursting at the seams with chicken, lettuce, avocado, black beans, tomatoes, red peppers, poblano peppers, pico, pepper jack cheese, and jalapeño ranch dressing. I could only eat half and I'm already looking forward to devouring the second half tomorrow! The salad was pretty incredible. It was also pretty huge. The greens were a very fresh mix of romaine and mixed greens. There was plenty of cherry tomatoes, fresh avocado, real bacon, blue cheese crumbles, freshly diced chicken, and a packet with just the right amount of creamy blue cheese dressing. The salad was diced to just the right size. I didn't have to wrestle huge pieces into my pretty voluminous pie hole. Overall, the price was right, the quality was excellent, and the freshness was unexpectedly perfect. Not a single piece of wilted or slimy lettuce was found. When you're ready to give your arteries a little break, go check out Salad and Go!

I didn't really like the dressing on the thai chicken salad. Food came out fast, it is only drive thru. I'll probably try one more salad before I decide if I keep going there.
