I went there on, 6/5/26 fo a UV gel set and gel pedicure. The nails came out just okay for $85+$20 tip(insane). The pedicure by Danny was horrible! I opted for spa which was supposed to be $53 but they charged me $71. He did not cut my cuticles and had to be reminded to remove matter from underneath my toe nails, which was reluctantly done. He then started the massage timer but not the massage until 2 minutes, which is when i had to remind him. I called the salon after leaving and realizing I was overcharged, which is STEALING and was only told "sorry". Total bill was $160.81+ $20 tip. I will not be returning and will encourage my friends not to. I am going to contact the better buisness bureau as well! read more

I have been going to Million nails for over 10 years. I am a regular fan of Lily, who is wonderful, artistic, she speaks English very well and has been there a long time . Million nails prices are very reasonable for what you get and if you have a problem, they will work with you. It's very peaceful in there and clean! Went to this salon for a dip manicure. The nail tech was decent enough however, when she started doing my nails, she didn't ask me what shape I wanted she didn't ask me anything. She just started filing and she filed my nails into a shape that I don't like, I asked her if she could fix it. I have my natural nails so basically she had to file my nails down very short, to get the shape that I originally wanted, and for whatever reason instead of asking me what shape I wanted at the beginning, she just filed however she wanted. To top it off she cut my fingers twice and my thumb is actually still hurting from it. I jumped when she did it and told her that was my finger she just cut, she didn't say anything. She just kept going and seemed irritated. I'll never be coming back here, even though I'm sure they may have other nail techs that are good but as the saying goes, you don't get a second chance at first impressions. She didn't seem to care that she cut me, she didn't offer any sort of apology, nothing just kept on going with the drill. The staff aren't great. They do a subpar manicure. None of my nails are similar length or shape, and the polish doesn't even cover the whole nail. The technician just tried to get me in and out as fast as possible. They all just seem to be annoyed that you're there and get you done as fast as possible. My gel manicure lasted 20 minutes total. I've got polish that has run over my nails and is dried to my skin causing the nail to peel when it loosens. (Gel manicure) read more

Fabulous. I admit one weekend walked in early middle of the week was packed. Can't just walk in. You need to make reservation online. I did for a Saturday 10 am expected a long wait regardless..nope they were busy but bc of reservations took me right in. Very attentive and kind. Kept to schedule. Quality of my nails: 4/5 Customer service: 2/5 I made a mistake coming on a Friday evening! This was my first mani after a year post-pandemic, so it had been a long time coming. I moved back to this area from NYC, so I did my research trying to find a salon with good reviews. I called in advance to make an appointment, and I might as well have walked in. When I arrived, it was PACKED. In the waiting area there was no form of social distancing, and it was very awkward standing around for my turn. I wasn't directed to the gel colors (had to find them myself), and I was not seated until 30 minutes after the time of my appointment. One nail tech began to file my nails, and then someone's active child kept smudging her nails, so my nail tech left to go attend to the little girl. I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come back. A different nail tech then came and finished my nails and barely looked at me or said anything. It's not necessary to have a conversation, but a "hello" back would have at least been decent. To add, she keep taking long pauses looking around at everything else happening in the salon and seemed to be quite distracted, which slowed the process. However, when she finished she did ask if I liked the shape and color so I'll give her that. Overall the staff members that I interacted with weren't the warmest, but I can understand the possibility of being overwhelmed on a busy Friday night. I wouldn't mind going back and giving them another chance during a less busy time, and I am satisfied with how my nails came out. read more

I've had UV gel fills by Tony, Steven & Sherry & they all do an phenomenal job. Sherry is so sweet & is your girl for any sort of funky designs - if you give her a Pinterest pic she'll duplicate it! Tried this place based on reviews. We got $50 pedicures & were very disappointed. The "regular" nail polish mostly rubbed off within 3 days, nails were unevenly cut & filed, & the kitchen-like tool used for our heels barely made contact with our heels leaving them worse off then when we walked in! Got a gel manicure here on Saturday, it's Wednesday and 4 of my gels are already chipping and peeling. It wasn't the best polish application & my cuticles now have a bunch of hang nails too. I take care of my nails and never struggle with hang nails. I'm bummed that 4 days later I have to go get my nails redone. This is the 6th nail salon I've tried in Upstate NY and this was honestly the cleanest and best of the 6. Which after seeing the quality of work isn't saying much. Has a nice little nail bar for quickies, lots of massage chairs. My {basic} pedi was great! Got a great lower leg and light foot massage by one of the gents there. Now, on to the nails. I got short tips with acrylic and gel. Simple! They look amazing, no lie. I'm very happy with how they came out except my thumb nails aren't exactly the shape I wanted, but they're close and I was tired of being heavily sighed at like I was inconveniencing the girl doing it. It was mostly this chicks attitude that bothered me. This sh*t ain't cheap and they are MY hands; I'M gonna be looking at them for three weeks, not the technician. EXCUSE ME for wanting them to be as I'd like them. I'm a polite, reasonable woman. She was huffing and puffing like I was being rude or loud or disrespectful or demanding by asking for the shape to be different or when I changed the nail art addition to a different finger! Mind you, she hadn't even started the art; I apologized and said I'd like it to be on my pinky instead. She acted like I asked her to start my whole set over with a different color or something! They rushed my manicure, did not bring me the same gel color i had picked for my toes, and my gel manicure chipped literally the next day, The same day I got home and it looked as if I had a regular manicure done some of my nails did not have any gloss on, some showed brush strokes from the nail polish . Waited well past my appointment time to be seen. After getting a fill and one nail fixed, before color, two nails broke. I'm not sure whether my nail tech was inexperienced, but he clearly didn't use enough gel while doing my fill. After color applied it was clear he didn't fill my nails close to the cuticle. At this point I just wanted to leave the salon, as I had spent over an hour and a half there. I paid and left with my nails looking like they were done a week ago. Please see attached photo. The salon is really nice and clean. The employees are incredible, super friendly. (Customer service goes a long way with me!) The price was right. Truthfully I was shocked to hear what I owed when all was said and done. The girl really took her time with my pedicure. It was super relaxing. I got dip nails with tips by grace. She did an okay job. I had to file my nails when I got home because they were super thick and looked very big on my fingers. Luckily though, because the nail is a complete color and not polish- I didn't lose my color from filing. Even tho I was prepared to. The nails feel strong though and that's a plus. I will absolutely return. I'm not holding the bad nail shape and thickness against them because I did not complain.
