I didn't have to worry about on street parking since it is in a strip mall and I was able to get a parking spot in the shade during this terrible heat wave. First impression inside was that it was very clean and popular. Due to other reviews I came prepared with a book, in case I had a long wait, even though I did have a reservation for my pedicure. I was pleasantly surprised when I was taken to a chair after only a 15 minute wait. It had been a while since my last pedicure so I chose one of the spa options "The Vitamin C - Fruity Spa". This was perfect with the callus removal, massage and scrub. Maggie was my technician and she was very sweet and attentive. She brought me a fruit juice of my choice and then began the service. It was so relaxing and well done. It took almost exactly an hour from start to finish (not including drying time). I felt the price was reasonable for what I received. I asked for a flower on each big toe, which I was very happy with - simple, but so cute. While I was waiting for my nails to dry Maggie even gave me a short shoulder massage! Sueheidi just happened to do my nails right before I almost gave up on this salon. She is by far the most attentive nail tech, she goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting the design, color, shape, and quality of manicure that you're looking for. I have never been cut by her, had my nails over filed, crooked... every experience has been such a pleasant one with her. She even went so far as to recommend a different & healthier type of manicure since I was looking to keep my nails natural & long. She is extremely sweet and goes above and beyond with every appointment. As far as the ownership... I am more than relieved that Brian is no longer running the salon. Like the other reviews state I too was scheduled for appointments by him & when I showed up my nail tech was not even working that day. First she cut my nails while the hard gel was still on with a nail clipper, which absolutely destroyed my upper nail. Then when removing the polish she put the machine so high it hurt my finger and when I asked her to lower it she was rude. Then when using the machine again just with a different attachment she cracked the side of two of my nails because she was rushing so much. She then barely filed them, leaving them with no shape, smoothness or anything. She didn't even cut one of my nails, she just left it.
