To cut or not to cut: That's the question when it comes to my cuticles. I personally love when…read morethey're cut because I wash my hands CONSTANTLY when I'm at work. Because of that, I somehow accumulate a lot of dry skin around my cuticles- even when using lotion. Plus it's so damn satisfying when that extra dry skin is trimmed off. Diamond N. was convenient and I managed to come here during my lunch time. It's spacious and clean. The young gal provided me with a warm water bath for my right hand while she buffed my left and vice versa. My natural nails looked a wee bit better afterwards- but honestly though, it wasn't all that. And when she started 'cutting', she barely cut. In fact, what she removed was my extra cuticle skin with the point of her trimmer only. $20 was just way too much money for a "manicure"

Wing and May are really great here and the other workers are good, but not as good. This was my go…read moreto spot forever when I lived in wingdale and they do a really good job with the pedicure. They actually do the callus remover well and don't just scrape your feet a little bit. It's gross how much skin they get off but exactly what I want and they clean around your toes and calluses. They do a great job with the powder manicure also. Yelp check in offer says they give 10% off but they don't do this and they seemed to not even know about it, so I told them to contact yelp and let them know. Wing and May are both really nice and definitely not trying to rip you off but don't utilize this until they're able to sort it out. My four stars is really because one of the workers doesn't understand much English at all, so it's difficult to get set up and say what you want. May came over and asked us and then explained it to her but we literally sat there sort of just looking at each other for ten minutes first.

We arrived we picked our colors, they sat us in our chairs. I figured out how the massage work as my friend and I were speaking. The water was on the cool side., I asked them if they had a menu so they pointed up to a wall so we were able to review what they offered and I did ask her please give hot water as it was cool and that was totally ignored I have polish on my skin on three toes, I did the parafin treatment which was put only on my heels in an open plastic bag. my friend had the same however they did dip her feet deeper and tied the bags. One calf was massaged 2 minutes! Nothing in the other! very inexperienced for sure! Water my money for sure

Wait times can be up to an hour past the actual appointment time. The quality has steadily declined and the owner has been so greedy. I stopped getting manicures here a year ago after the owner switched my tech so many times during one single manicure that 4 nails did not have a top coat, they were uneven and lifter within a few days. For such a large clean salon with so much potential it sad to see it decline.

Terrible experience…read more I don't recommend this place. About a month ago I came here to get a pedicure. The price is higher than other places, but I was okay with that because I initially liked the service. However, when I went to pay, the woman who did my nails seemed upset about the tip. I said thank you and bye she didn't reply. I decided to give the salon another chance because it's close by. Unfortunately, this time the pedicure was poorly done. The corners of my toenails were not properly cleaned or cut, and there is still nail polish on my skin, and my nails hurts. Now I need to spend money again going to another place to fix it. I don't know the name of the technician who worked on me, but If I could give I advice don't go to this place. Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend this place

Its Heaven when they massage your feet, their really strong handed and they are really neat in painting your feet. I love the massage chair they have thier as well, overlooking the place they seem very neat clean using newly bagged product, also they have a great selection of nail polish (essie, O.P.I) I love that! The foot spa is reasonably priced and everything else is normal price Some nail salon charge for any little thing even charging a dollar or two more (wow) for using O.P.I nail polish, (which my favorite is linclon park and I use it often) so I was relieved that this wasn't one of them. This salon is 7 mins away from home and this is definitely my go to for now.

Everything is clean and sterilized and Jamie does very careful work. I haven't had a mani/pedi in a while and it felt good to get pampered. The classic mani/pedi did take 2.5 hours and I didn't really plan for that. I got a smudge in my nail about 10 minutes after my nails were done and Jamie was quick to reschedule me for a fix. The only thing I didn't care for was that Bryte is connected to Tyte, a medispa. I understand why Jamie would want to plug that business and she also made a lot of recommendations for my nails. I know it comes from a good place but sometimes I want to veg out during pampering. I'm an earth science teacher so my skin and nails are a little rugged. I play in the dirt often! So I don't do as much with my nails as I should.
