We got here a few moments before our appointment and immediately were shown where to pick our colors (hubby refused to do hot pink nails LOL). LOVED their pedicure station setup: plexiglass between you and the nail tech, massage chairs to choose your own massage, plastic cover for pedicure bowl (so you know it's fully clean and sterilized). We were offered beverages as soon as we sat down: tea, coffee, red or white wine. I totally was about to skip but they insisted so I was like WINE not lol! They were all so hospitable. They showed us the menu for the different types of pedicures we could choose from and upgrade to. We ended up going for the basic option and didn't feel rushed or pressured at ALL. Hubby had really crazy calluses so the callus add on was TOTALLY worth it. His feet look brand new and the MANicure was perfect. He really needed a lot of TLC. It had been YEARS since the last time he stepped into a nail salon. We had such an awesome experience here and absolutely love this place. All the pedicure stations have massage chairs and I love that they use the plastic protector for the bowls. Every single pedicure tool is newly opened and previously sanitized. They accept card, however they made me pay twice! Which is why I am giving 3/5 stars. I tapped my card and then their machine turned off. My chase bank app showed me I was charged. Instead of being understanding. The guy at the desk insisted I would have to pay again and just come back to get a refund if both went through at a later time. This is very hard to do! I work. I had a day off and because of your mistake I have to come back to try and fight for my refund when I already paid!? very unprofessional. Instead of paying $55 I was charged $110 not including tip!! The owner wasn't even in, no one offered to call her. I was just told well here is a receipt and come back if you need a refund! Becky was able to effortlessly and patiently remove the fake nails with far less damage to my actual nail than I ever could have managed. I am not in the habit of having my nails done, so not a regular client, and she is very busy, but still promptly called me when she had an unexpected opening.
