They actually do the callus remover well and don't just scrape your feet a little bit. It's gross how much skin they get off but exactly what I want and they clean around your toes and calluses. They do a great job with the powder manicure also. Yelp check in offer says they give 10% off but they don't do this and they seemed to not even know about it, so I told them to contact yelp and let them know. Wing and May are both really nice and definitely not trying to rip you off but don't utilize this until they're able to sort it out. My four stars is really because one of the workers doesn't understand much English at all, so it's difficult to get set up and say what you want. May came over and asked us and then explained it to her but we literally sat there sort of just looking at each other for ten minutes first.

Called up a random spot and right away from the voice of the person on the phone (I think she's the owner) I knew this would be a great place to try. She might be wearing a mask but her smile radiates through. I got there a little early but within moments of waiting and fun music playing in the background, time flies here. The water was at the perfect temperature and she listened to me wanting it warmer and even the shape and length of the nails. This pedicure was so detailed and exactly what I needed. This was obviously a misunderstanding (she said "two" but meant "twelve"), yet instead of acknowledging the mistake, I was told it was MY fault and I had to pay a $20 cancellation fee. This felt unfair, especially since I've often been left waiting 30 minutes or more for appointments here in the past. It seems the salon values their time and money more than their customers'. My nails usually come out average, and the prices are higher than other salons that provide the same--or better--results. Between the lack of respect, inconsistent service, and now being penalized for their error, I won't be returning.

I've also noticed how expensive they are , i paid over 100 dollars for a set there and now at my new nail place it's 45 without tip. My nails have chipped so many times getting them done at D and D nails. I recently went for a pedicure, at first it was good, and then the nail tech was aggressive with the trimming of my cuticles and nails. She used a wooden nail stick and was poking along my cuticle line . Very painful. Now 24 hours after I got them done and paid 40 dollars , I have a very painful and swollen toe . Was completely fine before the appointment and now i'm in pain.
