My girlfriend went in for a pedicure, service was standard at the time. However, her two nails chipped. She went back the next day to get them fixed. Upon her arrival she told the owner about the issue of the nail chipping, he started yelling at her. He made her severely uncomfortable. He sat her down in the chair and told her in a nasty tone "this is the first and last time. " No paying customer, that also gave a generous tip, should be talked to like this. She initially went because she heard that the nail salon was good, and the new owner was exceptional. However, that was not the case. Would not recommend anyone to go there. read more

I got an acrylic nail set with gel polish on top. Not even a week and most are lifting or fell off. Very nice staff nice place but some of her equipment was outdated and she doesn't have a lot of gel options. Amazing pedicure. Very upset about my nails though. Very cheap but not cheaply priced. I have been coming here since the new owner took over the business. He and his wife are such wonderful people and super kind. He accommodate on my schedule as well a lot of times I would make last minute call to see if he can take me in and he would always get me in the chair and start the nails within 5 mins of my arrival. They do wonderful nails and even did my god daughters nails beautiful designs she likes! The price is very reasonable as well. read more

Terrible service today. My daughter brought her own nail polish color for a manicure for a special event. She had a reservation for a regular manicure. The nail tech took the polish and looked at the label. She then treated it like a gel nail polish which my daughter didn't realize until she put her hand under the uv light. My daughter then said, "You know it isn't gel nail polish." The tech nodded and walked away. I stepped in and the tech accused my daughter of telling her it was gel nail polish. She then threw the gel nail polish choice board at us and I told her we didn't want gel nail polish. She then again accused my daughter of telling her it was gel nail polish. Finally, she finished her nails and ignored her after finishing. No neck massage, hand massage, or apology. Unbelievable. read more

I really like this salon. I have had many bad experiences at nail salons. I was treated to an amazing pedicure and manicure. Jenny was so conscientious and worked really hard to make my feet and hands looking great. That is not an easy thing to do. The regular pedicure even includes a little hot rock massage. One time I lightly marked my big toe when I was sitting down at the fan table. Before she let me go, she fixed it without me asking and with a kind disposition. Oh and did I mention how clean this place is! If one of the girls isn't doing nails they are cleaning. Immaculate nail salons are few and far between in New York but this is one. As of this date 9/17, they have a Sunday special of manicure and pedicure for $20 (cash only). I highly recommend this salon. read more

After calling ahead (twice) to notify them we had a large group of 4, my hot stone pedicure was rushed to finish immediately when another customer walked in and I was asked to wait until my sister was done with her mani/pedi to have my mani completed by the only other person there. (2/4 weren't even offered a chair) Thankfully the sweet girl was super apologetic. But I'll be finding a new nail salon. read more

I just moved here from Lower Westchester. I have had many bad experiences with Nail salons around Westchester. This salon is very close to my house and was very nice. Hellen gave me a very nice regular pedicure and my gel manicure looks awesome! She took her time. I was surprised that the regular pedicure includes a hot stone massage. Typically where I used to go, places would rack up the prices for add ons such as these. I really enjoyed my experience here and I will definitely be back when its time for another manicure. New management since early summer. Not happy! Had to ask 4 times to trim toenails shorter........Lisa didn't think it would look good....finally the 5th time she trimmed just a little more, laughing! Barely a leg massage. Took 2.00 out of tip! (I usually tip $10.00!!!!) Put under dryer, NO SHOULDER MASSAGE.... then went to pay and was told it was $2.00 more because I picked a color from the top shelf! TOP SHELF nail polish??!! So another $2.00 out of tip.....and 1 less custimer! Loved it here under the old mgmt! Oh well..... 179 points on my card, wasted! read more

Helen did a good job with my pedicure....she took her time but the 10 minute massage was a little on the weak side. She was very gracious and their prices are average. The salon seemed very clean, although I did see one of the workers put a pair of used disposable flip flops back in the drawer after a customer left. read more

Best place to have your nails done! SNS powder and loads of other services. Emily did my nails meticulously and gave two massages in the process. The place is extremely clean and the girls are super nice. I've literally been traveling to find a nail place out of the area bc the ones located in Pawling and Patterson are disappointing. So glad to have stumbled on this little gem! Competitive prices... actually better priced than seeetheart down the street and the quality of work is superior! read more

Terrible service today. Walked in and there were 3 people getting manicures. I was told to pick a color and have a seat in the first chair. Shortly after someone grabs my color and leaves it with me. Considering I was told to sit at a desk, there was only 3 people getting manicures, and I was never told there was a wait, AND they brought over my color...I assumed someone would be with me shortly. I ended up waiting 45 minutes! I was very patient, although no one acknowledged me or the amount of time I was sitting there until I got up to walk out. Then was abruptly stopped and told just 5 more minutes. With this type of customer service I would not reccomend this place to anyone. read more

Had an average pedicure today- as I have had the handful of other times I have visited this quiet salon. It's biggest draw was that it was open on sundays. Thought I'd use the rest of my birthday gift card- purchased 6 months ago and last used a month ago. When I took it out to partially pay for my pedicure, I was told that the salon has a new owner, who is not honoring gift cards from the previous owner. This is not posted anywhere in the salon and they have not changed the name. So even if you're holding a gift card with the name Nourishing Nails, better get your wallet out anyway because the thirsty new owner won't accept it. Last time I will see the inside of that place.
