Others are not filed evenly and there is so much gel of my big toe that the nail and skin are fused together, cuticles uneven. I called and Cai was so nice and accommodating scheduling me within the hour and I'm so glad he did. Anna did my pedicure and not only was she quick but she was thorough and finished me off with a bit of a neck and shoulder massage as my toes dried. The space is very vibrant and there are so many stations, you can get services here anytime, walking in but also pretty quickly. They work hard and get you in and out. All the pedicure stations have massage chairs and I love that they use the plastic protector for the bowls. Every single pedicure tool is newly opened and previously sanitized. All of the scrubbing tools and brushes are also brand new. Only thing that would be nice is if they offered bottled water (even seltzers) or water served in something different than styrofoam cups. RECOMMEND Becky worked her magic beautifully. I needed the…read moreacrylic fake nails removed- after an event I had attended 6 weeks earlier. On my own- I tried soaking and removing with no luck. Becky was able to effortlessly and patiently remove the fake nails with far less damage to my actual nail than I ever could have managed. I am not in the habit of having my nails done, so not a regular client, and she is very busy, but still promptly called me when she had an unexpected opening. Terrific service and pleasant conversation... so much so, I will consider my next perhaps for the holidays! I include this image, I think they came out better than I imagined, Pink for October- Breast Cancer Awareness; ( if only you could have seen the disaster she started with, you'd agree she is magic!) Rebecca and her daughter are hilarious--I went for a pedicure and didn't open my book because they kept me in stitches with stories about Red Hook and other things. There's free parking behind the shop, which is a bit hidden down an alley, and Rebecca has a GREAT selection of polishes. I am so happy to have found this place. Just know that there is only room for one customer at a time; not a place where you can go and hang with three friends getting mani/pedis at the same time.
