I know, such a drama queen haha. I woke up this morning in the mood to treat myself to a pedi and with so many options it can sometimes feel very overwhelming if you haven't found your go to spot. Called up a random spot and right away from the voice of the person on the phone (I think she's the owner) I knew this would be a great place to try. I was able to be fit in within a couple of hours of calling and it was SO easy to book a pedicure. As soon as you walk in the same person is ready to great you with a smile. She might be wearing a mask but her smile radiates through. I got there a little early but within moments of waiting and fun music playing in the background, time flies here. Sitting in their comfy pedicure chair with a back massage was just what I needed to relax. The water was at the perfect temperature and she listened to me wanting it warmer and even the shape and length of the nails. This pedicure was so detailed and exactly what I needed. My toes look brand new and I love how easy it was to pick my color. You sit down, pick from their nail color swatch and sip on your favorite little drink. Coffee, soda or water. The sprite was the perfect pick me upper. Bottom line, awesome spot, incredible technicians and super detail oriented pedicure.

I scheduled a cheaper appointment than normal to do a nail buff and clearly heard "2 o'clock" on the phone--I even repeated it back while adding it to my calendar, and my husband heard it too. At 12:10 I received a frantic call asking where I was, and when I said I'd be there at 2, I was told 2pm had "already passed." This was obviously a misunderstanding (she said "two" but meant "twelve"), yet instead of acknowledging the mistake, I was told it was MY fault and I had to pay a $20 cancellation fee. This felt unfair, especially since I've often been left waiting 30 minutes or more for appointments here in the past. It seems the salon values their time and money more than their customers'. My nails usually come out average, and the prices are higher than other salons that provide the same--or better--results. Between the lack of respect, inconsistent service, and now being penalized for their error, I won't be returning.

I was getting a pedicure, she was getting a gel manicure. They were rude when asking her what she currently had on her nails. She had regular gel polish and they had her waiting over an hour with foils on. Then they tried to file my nails and I told them I wasn't getting a manicure she asked to see my nails and commented "hmm...." RUDE! So after an hour they sit me in a pedicure chair. Had to wait another 30 minutes before someone actually came over. They had my friend come sit next to me (while she continued to have her nails soak, since 1 hour wasn't long enough apparently) and started to fill her pedicure tub. She reminded them she wasn't getting a pedicure and they said "are you sure?" as they held her foot and looked at her current pedicure. I don't know why they couldn't remember she was just getting a manicure and I was just getting a pedicure. We had to tell them more than once. And each time we said no they were rude about it. We didn't walk out of there until 6:15. I would expect to be in and out for a simple pedicure within 1 hour, especially with an appointment. Never expected it would take 2 hours and 45 minutes! My experience has always been. 1- I never have to wait and I try to go every week 2- the staff is always pleasant - for Wooley who are not used to Asians-their mannner seems brusque. But I find they are the same in every salon. The language barrier exacerbates this sense but I don't ever take it personally. 3- their prices are amazing for what you get 4- their pedicures are better than what I've paid $200-300 for in high end salons. 5 - All the supplies are clean and sterile. Never had an issue 6- chairs are comfortable and they recently got brand new ones. I go on weekends and I go early. Maybe it gets crowded and people have to wait. It's the nature of the beast. If you like their service but hate to wait, change the time you come. Its like when people bang a restaurant for the wait time but disregard the great food. Good things take time. 7- if they smudge a nail or make an error they take the coats off and they start over. It rarely happens but I've never walked out with anything less than perfect nails.

Anna did my pedicure and not only was she quick but she was thorough and finished me off with a bit of a neck and shoulder massage as my toes dried. The space is very vibrant and there are so many stations, you can get services here anytime, walking in but also pretty quickly. They work hard and get you in and out. All the pedicure stations have massage chairs and I love that they use the plastic protector for the bowls. Every single pedicure tool is newly opened and previously sanitized. All of the scrubbing tools and brushes are also brand new. Only thing that would be nice is if they offered bottled water (even seltzers) or water served in something different than styrofoam cups. IMO It just takes away from the experience. Great location to get your nails done!
