Made a 3:30 appointment with my friend and they didn't start until 5:00!!! They kept saying 5 minutes over and over. And twice took 2 walk ins before us (walk ins with no appointment). I was getting a pedicure, she was getting a gel manicure. They were rude when asking her what she currently had on her nails. She had regular gel polish and they had her waiting over an hour with foils on. Then they tried to file my nails and I told them I wasn't getting a manicure she asked to see my nails and commented "hmm...." RUDE! So after an hour they sit me in a pedicure chair. Had to wait another 30 minutes before someone actually came over. They had my friend come sit next to me (while she continued to have her nails soak, since 1 hour wasn't long enough apparently) and started to fill her pedicure tub. She reminded them she wasn't getting a pedicure and they said "are you sure?" as they held her foot and looked at her current pedicure. I don't know why they couldn't remember she was just getting a manicure and I was just getting a pedicure. We had to tell them more than once. And each time we said no they were rude about it. We didn't walk out of there until 6:15. I would expect to be in and out for a simple pedicure within 1 hour, especially with an appointment. Never expected it would take 2 hours and 45 minutes! I read these reviews and I realize that they are over a year old. But anyway. I've been coming here for a number of years. I think it did have a name change within that time. My experience has always been. 1- I never have to wait and I try to go every week 2- the staff is always pleasant - for Wooley who are not used to Asians-their mannner seems brusque. But I find they are the same in every salon. The language barrier exacerbates this sense but I don't ever take it personally. 3- their prices are amazing for what you get 4- their pedicures are better than what I've paid $200-300 for in high end salons. 5 - All the supplies are clean and sterile. Never had an issue 6- chairs are comfortable and they recently got brand new ones. I go on weekends and I go early. Maybe it gets crowded and people have to wait. It's the nature of the beast. If you like their service but hate to wait, change the time you come. Its like when people bang a restaurant for the wait time but disregard the great food. Good things take time. 7- if they smudge a nail or make an error they take the coats off and they start over. It rarely happens but I've never walked out with anything less than perfect nails. read more

Paid $50 for a pedicure and left out of there worse than I walked in. The girl cut my toe, and it was bleeding. One nail the polish wasn't drying smooth, so I brought it to their attention and all they did was apply another coat of nail polish. Did not fix the problem, it just dried with a line through it (you can see in the picture). When I mentioned it again they said it will dry ok. My feet are now super dry around my toes. 2 hrs later the nail polish on my big toe can be peeled off (as you can see in the picture) first and last time going there. Very disappointed. read more

I've been there many times. Not a good salon but it was the closest. Last time I went I waited over an hour but before I got there I called the salon ahead a time and the lady said anytime before 4 so I got there 2:30. I waited an hour and finally the lady that answers the phone asks to see my nail as she's walking over to the sink and says to me "you have no nails". That is so disrespectful to say to a client. Every time I go I always leave a generous tip despite my nails not looking the best. I was so upset I left the salon. I waited over an hour just to be disrespected. NEVER AGAIN! That was the last time. I rather drive further and get a nicer job done. read more

HORRIBLE nails I paid $80 dollars for silk nails they were thick and flat. I wanted to cry I just left I had an event and I was already late, spent the entire night covering my nails. Wish I could give this place zero stars. Made an appointment with some of my friends and we were there for 2 and a half hours before we even sat in the chair. When my friend asked for glitter on a nail, one of the employees told her that she wouldn't do it because it was ugly. After waiting for hours on end, when she looked at my nails she told me that she couldn't paint them. I was beyond frustrated so I just got up and sat next to my friend and didn't even want to do my nails anymore. Another employee came up to me and said "girl come on" and proceeded to pull my arm to get me up to have another person look at my nails. I told her that it was fine and she kept pulling at my arm. Just like the rest of the customers, I had been coming here for years despite the unfriendliness and wrong ways of operating a business. I have brought in 20+ customers over the years and the most recent time I got my nails done they didn't accept my card (discover) and I had to wait an hour for someone to come pay for me and prior to waiting I explained that I had been a loyal customer for many years and I would come back and pay and the lady then reached for my phone, took it and said ok. I then proceeded to ask for my phone back but she took for leverage over me not being able to pay. As for Previous times I have been unsatisfied with my visit is when they took my acrylic nails off with a credit card and it was one of the most painful experiences of my life. When I saw the reviews, I was hesitant to come. But being that my daughter had recommended the place I came to see for myself. This is my experience. I called the same day and set up an appointment with them in the afternoon. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted and immediately sat down to be served for my manicure. They offered and explained their selection of services. They have a variety of prices to meet your needs. I find them to be reasonable. The person (a man) that did my hands was very gentle and did a very nice job on my nails. Right after I was done, they prepared me for the pedicure which I enjoyed very much. I loved the fact that they used a plastic protecting the little sauna where they clean your feet and their seats give massages! All the tools were sanitized and everything was cleaned. The young lady that did the pedicure was very gentle and did a great job on my legs and feet. It was worth the price of the pedicure package. All the staff was very courteous and nice. They used Covid-19 regulations as well. No complaints whatsoever. Overall, I recommend this place. read more

HORRIBLE experience. I'm convinced that they water down their nail polish or something because I picked a color I have used many other times at other salons, and it came out almost CLEAR when I got a pedicure. The nail technician rushed through both my manicure and pedicure and was very rude. To be honest, most of the staff was very rude. I used to come here a lot, but the service I've gotten the last few times has just been awful and I've left the salon feeling crappy about the way my nails looked, and upset that I had to pay for a job terribly done. Unsanitary! They tried to reuse someone else's foil and cotton on my nails!! They had a whole container of garbage from removing the gel/dip powder nails. As she started rewrapping them on me, I started yelling and asking if this was used. They told me they were too busy to cut more foil. I repeatedly said it was gross and they finally cut more foil for my nails. I've been doing my nails for almost 30 years and never encountered something so gross. What a shame! I have been going to this salon for a while now but I will NEVER go back. The last two times I have gone I was stuck with the RUDEST nail technician (named David)I have ever had to deal with. I sat down in his chair and he was already in a nasty mood. I asked him to cut my nails slightly shorter, and he didn't listen. When he filed I told him they were still too long and if he could cut them just a little more, he proceeded to CHOP off my nails completely and I had come in with really long nails. Then I asked him to shape them square in the front and round in the corners, he then gave me ROUND nails that looked like stubs. I finally told him I did not want him to complete my manicure because he had such a problem providing me with a service that i was PAYING for, and he threw my hands away from his as if I had been the one at fault. I complained to the owner of the nail salon and she did not even apologize for his behavior. I would rather BURN my money then spend it at this nail salon ever again. Be warned! read more
