The nail salon was empty upon arrival. I needed an acrylic fill and began to look at their color offerings. I opted to try the chrome because I had never tried it before. I chose a turquoise chrome color for my nails. A male nail tech did my nails and appeared bothered during the whole time that he was doing my nails. He frequently tugged on my arms which made me uncomfortable. The thing that really got me was that he got the nail color wrong, even though I showed him the color that I wanted. I didn't notice until it was too late, as I didn't know how the chrome polish worked and thought that he might add that color on later. This nail salon prefers cash tips and makes it very clear. I wasn't aware of this since it was my first time and wanted to pay with my card. The woman behind the counter said with an attitude that I can pay with card this time but not going forward. Well due to this treatment and my nails being the wrong color, they will not receive another cent from me.

I left 2 messages on their answering machine once I heard that phrase 2 would open the following week, to book an appointment. I never received a call back. I called the Tuesday when phase 2 went into effect, I was greeted by a obnoxious, arrogant women called Genevie. I proceeded to tell her I would like to make an appointment with Paula, and I had left 2 messages, but no one returned the call. She told me, "consider this your call back". REALLY, I called you she laughed and thought it was a joke. I then asked to speak with Paula, " Sorry she's with a client". Rhen she said do you want to make an appointment or not. She gave me an appointment for over 3 weeks later, today June 25, at 5pm. To top it all off I went there today, at my schedule time and the place is closed I will never go back there again. Paula do yourself a favor, get help that understands your customers Are your important!!! I will post this on all of social media and tell everyone I know NOT to Patronize you!!

Angela is good at listening to what I had in mind, discussed some options then went straight to work. I really enjoyed the hair washing because it was relaxing and felt like a massage.
