I will NEVER come to this shitty nail salon again ! I had a 545 appointment and waited over an hour to be seated ! Then I get seated with Michael who sits directly next to the sinks and let me tell you something if I didn't have to pay for my services I would've walked out ! He didn't listen and when I tried to tell him what he was doing was not what I asked for he got up screamed "FUCK" and slammed the drawer to his table ! You couldn't pay me enough money to go back here ! Further more my nails are misshaped ! Please follow your instinct and skip out on this establishment ! Very poor hygiene in the midst of COVID restrictions. The manager brings her yappy dog to the salon. It runs around loose and barks and barks, making a high-pitched shrill sound that's incredibly annoying. This is not a relaxing atmosphere, and it's not a clean atmosphere. I mentioned to the manager that it's absolutely against New York state licensing terms to have a dog in a salon. She laughed at me and said she was well aware that she's breaking the hygiene rules. Clearly, she doesn't care when her clients don't have a clean or relaxing experience. I won't be going back. read more

Always stick to what you know. I went here because it was convenient at the time , but I should've just waited to go to my regular spot. The place is VERY clean, and super modern. But the service is shit. The lady that did my nails took hours and they came out thick , uneven , and even the polish was messed up. My 3 year old could do a better job ..sorry. This is the second bad experience I've had with this place. The nail colors are great, except all around my nails keeps BLEEDING and is super red, just waiting for an infection. The guy who did my nails completely butchered the skin around my nails. They hurt so bad. The next morning my fingers are super red, swollen and throbbing!!! I better not get an infection. I give this four stars because of the cheap price and the quick process. My only complaint is that I did not receive the exact shape that I wanted. I think this was partially due to the speed at which the technician was doing my nails. Although I showed him a picture of the shape I wanted (see the white claws below), he made more of an oval shape, so I kept having to ask him to make them more pointy. And then he would only do this to the nails that I specifically asked about. As a result some of my nails are claws and others are ovals :/ The nails also vary in size and straightness (but I'm okay with that since I don't think other people will look too closely). Below you will find pictures of my nails after a week. As you can see they have not chipped at all, which is another reason for the 4 stars. Overall, I think this is fairly good service for the price but if you go in wanting something specific they might not be able to execute it the way you want. read more

Even though I have a nail place I love, I stopped here because I had shopping to do in this plaza and it was close. What a nice surprise! Min did my pedicure. She was fast, friendly and efficient. I feel like she did an excellent job with a very short wait time, which is great:) A really nice bonus, they have wifi so no thumbing though old magazines, I could use my phone no problem. Nice touch! Annie did my gel fill. She is the owner and very personable and cheerful. She made a really great impression. There is even a cooler with water and wine for the guests! How cool is that?! So I am in love with this place. After going to Wal-Mart last week and having thick, horrible looking acrylics applied, and then peeling within a few days I came here. The tech was understanding and fixed every issue I had. He was patient, and soft handed. Unlike the last place. He took his time and did an amazing job. The salon was clean. Many choices in color. I just wanted to share an update. I reported this "spa" to the state and they actually went in and did an investigation about their lack of sanitary conditions. The state let me know that they are recommending this case to the state legal department. I suppose that means they found things VERY WRONG with this place. AVOID. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for years faithful every two weeks , they have recently went under knew management and they are so rude and nasty. I got a pedicure from them and the cut my toes and the tops of my cuticles on my feet. they demanded a tip from me even though I was unhappy with my service. They have no sense of time management they will tell people the same amount of wait time and even call people in that came in after you did. I do not recommend this nail salon read more

He literally ripped my acrylic nails off and was incredibly rude when I asked if I could soak them first. He continued painfully ripping them off and wasn't going to let me soak them until I had to insist, at which point he yelled at me. He left my nails torn up, jagged and destroyed. I rarely leave bad reviews and feel bad having to do it, but this unfortunately was a horrible experience and I will NEVER get my nails done here or anywhere else ever again. read more

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. I'm from out of town. I walked in and it was busy which is typical on a Saturday no matter where you go. A woman in the first chair was talking so negatively about my nails telling me someone did a "really Crappy job". She kept laughing too. Then was so fixated on what her employees were doing she cut my cuticle. Then she moved me to the next chair where a man was even more disrespectful about my nails. Rude is an understatement. The woman next to me said "it's the only down fall here is that they are rude". It's not just about the quality of work it's how you treat your customers too! I had gel polish all on my skin, a cut cuticle, and was rushed just to get the next person in. So terrible. read more

I'm so bummed that I thought I had FINALLY found "my spot" for getting my nails done but after my last experience, I'm sad to say that I probably won't go back. My friend and I had made an appointment for 5:30 which I now know is pointless to do. We get there and are herded over to the pedicure chairs only to sit with our feet in the water for 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. Someone finally came over to start our pedicures, however they never asked which type of pedicure we wanted. We were going to upgrade to a $50 pedicure but never got that option so we were given the "regular pedicure." We planned to get ANC after our toes so when the time came, my friend was brought over to the nail chairs while I was stuffed in the corner for 15 minutes with my toes under the driers. I figured that by the time I was brought over to get my nails done, she would nearly be done with hers so I was SO close to getting up, paying for my pedicure and leaving when HALLELUJAH someone finally came over to do my nails. All in all, the entire process took an unnecessary 2 hours for a mediocre job. It's probably one of the worst ANC manicures I've ever gotten and I'm not just saying that for the sake of this review. read more

First of all, you go in and they are counting their piles of cash right in front of everyone at the front desk because they PAY FOR you to get cash so they don't have to declare any of their income and pay no taxes. The woman who seems to run the place and this man are disgusting. Is it legal to offer to pay people to get cash out of the machine so you can pay cash. I WILL FIND OUT. I went in today and was treated TERRIBLY. I got a "SPA PEDICURE" and he did NOTHING extra that someone would do in fact, he did LESS. Then, I paid him 15 percent for a tip, and normal I pay 20 plus percent in every single spa treatment I ever get, which is often... He snapped my credit card out of my hand, pounded the keys down, threw down the receipt for me to sign. I was so shocked that I couldn't think straight. DISGUSTING behavior and I will not stop until this place is investigated. Paying people to get cash out, DIRTY tools that are reused just after wiping then down, not giving you service you ask for and having some grunting man walk around acting like he is King of the Foot Salon. How sad. I will definitely return to my original spa and I just thought I would give this place a try. Absolutely unacceptable. Yes, there were some very sweet people who were working hard but the terrorist approach of the two people at the front desk, and the few who follow is criminal. Ver unpleasant experience. I only came here because I was next door at the new Ulta Beauty store but I'll never come back. Customer service is non existent. They act like they really don't care about you at all. There is one very loud, rude man barking at the other employees setting a very uncomfortable atmosphere. I have come here for the last year and only recently have I started to question this choice. Most of the techs here are very good. There is one woman in particular though that I have had issues with. She is an older lady not here much. She has ruined my nails twice with gel peeling off and nails breaking within 5 days. She has also had me bleeding from ripping my cuticles and then laughing about it while saying sorry. Most recently she went to use the drill on my already thin nails and I asked her not to. She then proceeded to have me walk back and forth in the store from her original station to the back where you soak off ANC (which I didn't have on) and pushing me over to already busy technicians. read more

I went to this nail salon for a simple manicure. My opinion is based on one time of attendance, so generalizing this review to all services should be regarded with caution. That being said, I will never return to this nail place. The pros: There was no wait. A manicure was $12 (standard price). There is water available for clientel. The Cons: My nails were not filed evenly (7/10 nails are shaped on a slant and the nails are different lengths). They use nail polish thinner. Most places do, but the polish selection needed at least 3 coats (I got two) and had no shine. They do not use cuticle cream when it is time to trim your cuticles. THEY DON'T TRIM YOUR CUTICLES. I asked them to revisit my cuticles, and the staff told me this is how cuticles are cut. The hand massage was too short, but I didn't pay for one (it's the standard included hand lotion application with a manicure, so I won't overly take points away for this one). I will not be returning to this spot. The service is not worth the price. read more

DO NOT get your legs waxed here! They are rude and have no skill. The older one was teaching a younger one on me! I insisted that the older one be the only one to do the waxing. She completely ignored me! And the young one left me with welts and big bruises in three places. It was far more painful than it needed to be because she had no skill. when i came here to get a pedicure with my mom and my aunt, i simply asked for no cut but to file and push back and the girl taking care of me threw a hissy fit in a foreign language. she was overall rude and did not even do my nails well. she lazily tried to file my nails and they ended up crooked. the smell of the chemicals are also EXTREMELY strong. read more

I used to love this place but the prices have gone up and I haven't been so displeased with a nail salon in a very long time. I went in and got a full set and the man doing the set cut my fingers and left my hands in so much pain, when I complained of this his supervisor told him to stop cutting the clients. He left in the middle of the job and disappeared for 15 min. My hands still hurt today and I am very displeased. I was also not compensated in any way for there mistakes. read more

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience. On a positive note, the salon was clean and the staff were friendly. However, the gentleman who did my pedicure was less than attentive. My pedicure took about 10 minutes from start to finish. He rushed along and was quite rough. I left with cuts on two toes, one on each foot, due to him rubbing the file across all five toes at once (including my skin.) My great toe nail is cut down into the side, so there's concern for ingrown nail now. My goal was to have the rough skin removed on my heels, but I will have to go somewhere else as he did not remove that. He did rub my foot quite aggressively, albeit briefly, with the stone but told me to just go home and lotion them. I thought maybe he was in a rush for some reason, but alas he returned to his chair to look at his phone. I would not return to that salon again. read more

I went in to simply get my gel polish removed. I was told this was $5. They then offered a simple manicure for $12 making my total $17 but I declined. I was pushed from tech to tech. One filed my gel down and then had me change chairs to another who placed the foil and removed the polish. This tech then continued to file my nails, during which time I stopped her and repeated that I only wanted the gel taken off- not a manicure and she nodded her head. Then she wrapped my hand in warm towels and gave me a hand massage- at this point I'm thinking "wow this is very nice of them to throw into a simple gel removal". But I was wrong. When I went to pay I was charged the full $17 even though I didn't get a color or cuticle care or anything! I quested the price and was told "a warm towel and a massage is manicure price". So if you go here watch out for the warm towels and the surprise massages because they will charge you! read more
