I came in here with my daughter to do pedicures. I purchased the $38 pedicure but it's not worth it - do the $18 or the $28. They did an okay job on my pedicure. I had coco and she does a great massage. I wasn't 100% happy with the polish job but all other parts of the pedicure was fine. I bought the same pedicure for my daughter. A young man did her pedicure and she was not happy at all. She felt he was just too tired to do it properly and he forgot to do certain things like cuticle oil. I will probably not come back here for a pedicure again. I will be looking for another place. read more

I have never had my nails done by such sweet people. Nor have they ever looked so good! Lydia is absolutely amazing when she does my nails and she's very sweet. She notices the little things and remembers who you are even after your first visit. I recommend this nail salon to everyone. If I could do less than a star I would... So this is my lesson to never wait for last minute nails... I went to Beauty Plan Nails in Hyde Park because my usual place was booked for the day (my fault for not scheduling an appointment). I will say Beauty Plan Nails were the RUDEST people. I simply asked for them to take off my nails I have on and put a new set on because my nails are so weak I need a new set... they told me that's something they could not do but my real nails r long enough for no tips and they seemed strong enough. I told them again how weak my nails are and they told me they were fine.... Well as u can see they completely broke one off and my lady stopped part way through and had someone else do my nails who was unnecessarily rough on them and it hurt ( I've been getting my nails done for 4 years so I never complain about pain that comes with nails). I asked if there was anyway I could get a fresh set and she blatantly ignored me. At this point I told her to finish taking the color off and leave them as they are... She proceeded to put lotion on my hands that were covered in the nail dust and rub into my hands... So if you're wondering what $10 will get you at Beauty Plan Nails this is it. read more

They are very rude. I could tell they were making comments about the customers to each other. I went in for a polish change and they obviously didn't want to do it so they had me wait forever and really didn't provide a great polish. The brush hairs kept coming off on my toes and they acted like it was annoying that I kept showing them. I ruin the coat. Avoid. I also noticed that the polish doesn't last long. I went tuesday for pedicure with callus remover & manicure (real nails, polish only) A male put me in the chair with no plastic lining so my feet were already in the empty tub to get in chair, then he started pedicure cutting my skin twice. he used files and instruments that had other clients skin/nail visible on them. Tools not sanitized. He did a terrible job and skipped an entire heal. i told him but he either doesn't speak english or did not care, ignoring me . My callus were not smoothed out nor did he use regular file to soften the harsh metal one, tearing skin. He never used sanitizer or washed his hands before touching me. the polish job was horrible. i have natural nails needed no work just polish. he used same tools from pedicure stand. He was asked 3 times not to touch my right thumb and he insisted, he cut my finger as well, That's 3 cuts needing the medication they use. he also uses his dirty nails to scrape the polish he gets on your skin instead of a tool & gauge with remover, GROSS. It was close to 6pm & i was disappointed, two ladies were drying and getting services next to me & said, only get the girls we use, he is awful. They told me again in parking lot. He also did not give me a visit card but others got them. The owner was in back so the next morning i called telling her how dissatisfied i was, she said come back. i said i am full time 8 to 4 and part time busy nights, i can come friday 5pm. so tonight i showed up to be yelled at by her that i should have came wednesday right away. Again told her i can't 8-5 weekdays. she kept yelling something, i do not speak chin ease. I have no clue what she was saying. I asked her if she can not redo my nails to refund the money & she said no. She was notified within a few business hours & i feel took money for a horrible job. I found the place dirty definitely not covid safe. no temperature taking, a client had no mask, basins without liners how gross is that and un sanitized tools. So the nail file used to get fungus from a toenail is used on the next client on their nails ! They got $50.00 and a $15.00 tip from me and this truthful review. They also do have at least 3 different names and DBA's, changing numbers. Not for me & definitely needs to be visited by a Covid Investigator. read more

I decided to give this place a try bc I they charge the same price I pay for ANC at another local nail salon and I want to see if this one was more worth it. When I first walked in, the place just seemed dingy, it didn't look very clean at all. I also noticed that it had 3 different names for the business scatter through out the salon. I waited for more than 40 minutes (I was told it would be a 15 minute wait) before they finally started my nails. They left the foils to soak off the previous color on for so long, the cotton with the nail polish remover stuck to my fingers and they didn't even bother to attempt to remove it. I left there with my hands feeling gross and dry, I was very disappointed. read more
