She did an amazing job, was so sweet, and we had such a great conversation that the appointment flew by. The salon itself is so visually pleasing and aesthetic! I can't recommend this salon enough and I'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, I was wrong. I left it up to the hairdresser whether to perm or maybe just a good shaping haircut. She decided to perm. I told her because of my job I needed a shorter cut instead of pulling my longer hair up every day and also I disliked using any product that made my hair stiff. She proceeded to perm my hair and cut (she said 3" but I have my doubts) and put a stiff product in my still long hair 3x making it unbelievably stiff curls while making a statement that if I didn't use product I would have frizz and when I commented on not wanting to pull it up and thought a shorter cut would be better she suggested "to use Bobby pins on the sides to keep it out of my face" which is not a choice at my place of employment. The cut is the worst I have ever had. Very choppy giving my hair a very thinning effect. After 1-1/2 months I still am trying to deal with the unruly frizz and I still have to pull it up daily. Truly for over $200, I won't recommend or go back. As for the salon staff, they were all very cordial, but as I was leaving no one complimented me on my new look and all the stairs you have to use to have your hair done was tough especially if you have knee problems. The salon felt "cold".

I booked Chloe at Angels on Earth for hair and makeup and I hoped for the best. When I arrived that morning, I was frantic due to some last minute bridal party drama, but the ladies at the salon calmed me down immediately. They offered me peach champagne and water and I couldn't help but relax. The environment is clean, chic, and elegant. Chloe was very interested in my opinions, my tastes and wanted to make me glow for my first wedding event. It really made it feel special. I cannot believe how incredible my hair and makeup came out, and I got SO many compliments at my shower. The ladies at the salon wouldn't let me leave until I put on my shower dress and jewelry so that they could see how well everything came together! All in all, I am thrilled with my experience and I will be booking my rehearsal dinner hair and makeup with Chloe in just a few weeks! (My makeup and hair for the wedding are already booked, otherwise I'd do that, too!)

The price of the haircut was $35 at the time of booking. I unfortunately needed to reschedule and the process for that was semi-easy. Once I arrived at my appointment Miss Rose greeted me warmly, making me feel like family. The shop is cozy, with products for purchase in the middle aisle, hair for styling along the entry wall, with hooded blow dryers and wash bowls toward the back. My appointment was scheduled for 4p and I arrived around 3:50p and my appointment started at 4:10ish. Not too bad a wait. My stylist was Mist. She was professional and informative. I wanted to retain my length but trim off what was dead/split. Mist understood and showed me how much she thought was appropriate before starting. She blew my hair out straighter to assist with accurately pin pointing of what needed to be trimmed and worked efficiently but carefully as she completed my service. My total at the end of my service was $45 minus the $25 deposit. I guess the necessary blow dry was an additional $10. Nonetheless, my trim turned out great and I'm happy to have found a salon I can trust with trimming my hair. Cheers. The Happy Hour Huntress

Sola Salon basically a big warehouse of salon spaces for rent; within it, there are hairdressers, massage therapists, facial, etc. I received a text from Danielle 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment to text her when I arrive so she can let me in; she came out promptly and greeted me warmly. Her space is clean and posh with upbeat music playing in the background. I was made comfortable given the always awkwardness of Brazilian wax job. She was super professional and told me about the package deal she offer on all of her services for discount (buy in 6 or 12 sessions; never expire). She uses hard wax which is sooo much better than the old wax & rip method. She is also very thorough; cleaned and moisturized my waxed area after. Total duration was only 15 minutes. Quick and done! I would definitely come back to her again.

Oh, in my experience -- if you ask them for something specific, they'll do exactly what you ask for. As good a job as I ever got at Collage at half the price. I'd encourage anyone looking for a good haircut at fair value to check them out. A great option in between an "upscale" overpriced salon and the hack job at a barber shop or the mall.

The first time I went to her, I asked for blonde highlights. She picked a color that looks natural and I've gotten SOOO many compliments on it!! The last time I went, I asked for something completely different - I wanted to go back to something close to my natural color. It came out amazing! Most importantly, everyone in the hair salon always has a smile on their face - the hair dressers and the customers! Lots of positive energy in there, and the salon is pretty too! They have a leopard-print broom that I get a kick out of. The hair dressers also take their time with you - I have never felt rushed out. They really take care to make sure that you look great! Also recommend them for proms and weddings... They do great updos and have lots of accessories for you to choose from to put in your hair if you do not bring your own. ( I've had them do my hair for two formal occasions!) The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they are a tiny bit pricey... being a college student, it is not always easy to spend a lot of money on highlights, but I think that it is worth the extra money to go with them because they do such an amazing job every time!
