After requesting a coloring of midnight blue, I was quoted a fee of 75.00 I was rushed through because of 2 last minute hair cut requests which the girl took, and then charged 125.00 Not only that, but she didn't finish my appt. I had to go to another girl, who charged me more, on a seperate bill. I stayed positive, because I was stuck there. I will never be returning, though. Live and learn. I have been going to Stephanie since I was a little girl (at least 25 years). She's done every up-do I've ever need, graduations, weddings, everything! I've never had my hair cut or colored by anyone else and as long as I can help it, I never will. I've followed her to every salon she's gone to and was thrilled when she opened her own studio! I have been every shade of blonde, brown, and red. Steph has always made me feel amazing! Not only do I love to come here to get my hair done, but I love the atmosphere. I feel like I'm getting together with a group of friends and my therapist every time I go! I absolutely love the studio and joke with them all the time that Stephanie can never ever retire. My daughter got married this past weekend at Buttermilk Falls Inn & Spa, and I was looking for a hair salon in the area to take care of several of us for two of the events. Stephanie was so helpful in getting all the appointments set up in advance. I needed an updo for Friday night, for a Korean Paebeck ceremony, and Stephanie did a beautiful job on my hair! Everyone absolutely loved it! My guests were thrilled with her and her entire team for both hair and makeup. I wish her salon was closer to where I live in NJ because I would go to her exclusively!!! read more

Showed photos of what I wanted which was an edgy shag cute and received nothing close. Also came with hair to my elbows and left with it a little past my ears when I specifically asked to keep it past my shoulders. Had just had it cut 6 weeks prior so it was healthy. I've been coming to The Studio at Stephanies for at least 5 years now. I think I became a "regular" shortly after the salon opened. I follow around a wonderful hairdresser that I hope never retires! She is a lovely person and a fine hair stylist. The studio is small-ish but has an upscale feel and is tastefully and comfortably appointed. The decor is posh and inviting. All of the gals at The Studio are very sweet and friendly. I've also purchased some hair and skin care products and soy candles, also. Like most small salons, the prices can be a little steep, but I try to support the small, local businesses whenever I can afford to. Stephanies often features fun, whimsical contests and special deals for discounted services. Every time that I've been in here there is very good, fresh brewed coffee available and complimentary treats, also. I have also had several experiences here with some nice spa packages. My husband likes to treat me for special occasions. I LOVE the "Half Day of Heaven" package and I most recently tried the "Express Day" which allows the client to pick from several different "express" services offered. That package was nice, also, but I was disappointed in the express pedicure. I felt rushed along and I wished that the service would have been a little more comprehensive instead of just a foot soaking and nail painting. A little callus removal of the heels would have been most appreciated, also. My only complaint with the spa packages is the occasional difficulty with the staff being able to coordinate the different services to match my availability and to flow smoothly from service to service once the long appointment begins. Where others have failed to schedule the coordination smoothly, Anne has always been a real Cracker-jack in terms of getting the job done. She has saved the day a few times for me! One time that I directly addressed Stephanie with a concern about scheduling a spa package, she promptly phoned me and personally rectified the problem. She even offered a compensation for the inconvenience, which made me really satisfied. She's a good business woman and knows how to make her clients want to return to The Studio again and again! read more

I went in with two friends. One of my friends didn't get her cuticles pushed back or trimmed on her mani and the other didn't get it done on her pedi. Oh and the express pedi, which is over $20 does not include any buffing of the heals or anything like that, and the "massage" was a joke. If you want a mani or a pedi, this is not the place for you. Go to the mall, you will get a better experience and pay way less! Basically if you get an express pedicure, you will soak you feet forever, get you nails trimmed and painted. They were nice people, but I was not impressed with the services we received. read more

We love The Studio at Stephanies and have been customers there for many years. The salon is clean, comfortable and well appointed. All the technicians are very well trained and you can feel very confidant that you will receive outstanding service. Stephanie is an expert in color. I have been at world renowned salons where I have been given high praise on my highlights (most importantly I love them). She also does amazing "up-dos". She did my hair for my son's wedding and despite there being many bobby pins the style was chic, lasted through all the dancing and was uber comfortable! I regularly have manicures, pedicures and waxing done there as well. I love that the staff is very particular about keeping all the equipment very sanitary and following proper protocols for the safety and health of all the customers. Jessica does an amazing job with make-up applications. I'd go to any of the technicians for a great hair style! My husband also love massages there. I have recommended The Studio to many friends who have since become regular customers. read more

Tara did a great job on my nails! Nearly all of the workers were able to keep up great conversations. And the sweet woman at the front desk was extremely kind and nice to my father and my boyfriend while they waited. Very patient workers and sociable. 10/10 experience and I had cute sparkly fingers and toes afterwards. I went back in to get my nail fixed as I scratched them by accident opening doors at the cafe down the street and both times I asked for a touch up they were so so kind and fixed it within minutes! Before moving to FL, I had Stephanie doing my hair for over 30 years! I was thrilled when she opened The Studio at Stephanie's in Milton. Each and everyone of the staff makes you feel so welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. Everyone is very friendly, courteous, professional and talented. The salon & spa rooms are beautiful, comfortable and kept immaculate! I went to The Studio at Stephanie's for my manicures, pedicures, eyebrow waxing, massages and facials!! I was never disappointed. Stephanie & her staff did the wedding party for two of my daughters. They made us all feel very special and everyone looked amazing! The Studio at Stephanie's is a place where you can go and feel like family. I have now been in FL for almost 3 years and I am on my third hair stylist!!! I haven't been able to find a place as great as Stephanie's. I was spoiled...as everyone should be by your salon staff. The single star is for friendliness. The staff was nice, but they were more interested in chatting with each other and us than actually working on the service. They also kept disappearing into the backroom without explanation while we had the world's longest foot soak. There was nothing that we were used to from a typical manipedi-- no massage, no pushing back/trimming of cuticles, no attention to detail! Also, my friends and I both had polish that didn't seem to extend to the cuticles. It looked like it had already grown out for a week right after being done. ALL THAT AND EXPENSIVE TO BOOT. Their other services may be fine, but don't go here for anything involving your nails. read more
