My first time here was nothing short of perfect (blowout for my wedding, see previous review) and this go-around, I had my celebratory Covid cut and colo, again with Samantha who is simply awesome. She does whatever she can to make you comfortable and satisfied with your hair and I love the end result. Everyone in there is masked up and socially distanced. The salon is bright and beautiful. I tried to make an appointment at several other high end hair places but nobody could accommodate me on such short notice so I had to go with a "walk in" place. I was planing for Super Cuts but the Mall happened to be closer so I went in and chose C&C unisex hair design. I am always in a rush so I always prefer not to shampoo or style unless I'm going somewhere after the cut. Melissa was my hairdresser this time and she did a good job. I showed her a photo and told her to do her best. I'm usually not picky as long as you do what the picture shows. She made me accept the blow dry because she said she likes to cut on dry hair also and wants to see how it looks yadda yadda. I said okay just because I don't like to be a B*#^% and she also said she will be quick. She was pretty fast, she did what I wanted and she did it very well. She also waxed my eyebrows and it was a job well done. I will probably go back to her next time because I see no reason not too. Oh, and all this it cost me $28 (cut and eyebrows) plus the tip, of course. So... This place is what I love. Fast, no frills and big.

I booked an appointment online for a full balayage/ long hair and was quoted a price. My stylist, Carly, reached out to request a photo of my hair so that she was prepared and moved up my appointment an hour earlier to ensure we had enough time. I also provided a photo of the look I had done previously so she'd know exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived, I was greeted by Carly and she was super friendly. The salon looks like a house on the outside but the inside was transformed. The interior is super cute. It's well kept, bright and stylish. The other stylists were so friendly and welcoming. Before the magic began, Carly advised me that my service would actually end up being around $150 more than I was quoted due to the length of hair I have and the product needed. This was definitely disappointing. I expected a variance but not something so drastic, as I booked the service for long hair to begin with. I opted for the partial balayage and it was still more than quoted and over my anticipated budget. That was the only disappointment I had. Other than that, Carly was very professional and she did beautiful work. My hair was the exact shade I was looking for. It was very natural looking.
