I had called earlier in the day and was happy to get a same day visit. When I asked for a bouncy blowout he gave me a lot of resistance on how he couldn't achieve that without using a curling iron. I did not object. When he washed my hair, there was some soap left on my hair and I kindly told him that. He started yelling at me and insisted there wasn't any soap in my hair and that I lied about the length of my hair. I did not lie, and if I perceived my hair as medium and him as long, then it was simply a difference in opinion. He was very abusive and the price he quoted me was $85 which is insane, later he dropped it to $60. I have had my hair done all around the world and I have never had such a horrible experience. The hair turned out ok but the amount of pulling during the blowout hurt. I would never return and would give 0 stars if I could.

Person then put toner on it and the result was blonde roots and dark ends - during the the toner period she didn't check and was trying to scrub the color out during the process. Third ounce toner applied to roots. Result dull Ashe blonde har for 85 dollars. Not even sure if this person has ever blown dried hair as I had to take the hair dryer out of her hands to blow dry! I heard screaming from the salon and was then yelled at for parking there. While I cannot comment on any of their services, you can be sure my experience with the staff will ensure I will never go there.
