My stylist, Carly, reached out to request a photo of my hair so that she was prepared and moved up my appointment an hour earlier to ensure we had enough time. I also provided a photo of the look I had done previously so she'd know exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived, I was greeted by Carly and she was super friendly. The salon looks like a house on the outside but the inside was transformed. The interior is super cute. It's well kept, bright and stylish. The other stylists were so friendly and welcoming. Before the magic began, Carly advised me that my service would actually end up being around $150 more than I was quoted due to the length of hair I have and the product needed. This was definitely disappointing. I expected a variance but not something so drastic, as I booked the service for long hair to begin with. I opted for the partial balayage and it was still more than quoted and over my anticipated budget. That was the only disappointment I had. Other than that, Carly was very professional and she did beautiful work. My hair was the exact shade I was looking for. It was very natural looking. Carly provided information on when to have my look touched up and sent me home with samples of their amazing smelling shampoo and conditioner. Overall, I was very pleased with the outcome. The salon is COVID friendly; by appointments only, wait outside until your time, and you are asked to signed a waiver. The seats are spaced out and the wash stations have plastic separation curtains between seats. I was there for a cut and didn't wait long outside before my appointment. Lori is friendly, professional, and FAST. I've been to MANY salons and stylist, and Lori, by far, is the BEST. I wanted a cut that looks good and easy to maintain since I don't have much time these days with a 11 months old. I was also going from long to short, so I was a bit nervous how it was going to turn out. I didn't really have a picture of what I wanted but just described it to Lori. She told me what she would recommend, I agreed, and she got busy! Her cut was precise and quick. I think in less than 30 min, my cut was done. And I love it.
