She was very easy to talk to and had new techniques for my wavy hair. She also had a new technique to cut my layers. She offers complimentary bang trims no appointment necessary for those and gave me a voucher for a blowout since I opted out of that on my visit. That's a level of service I've never experienced before and I've been to quite a few salons. I'm impressed and will be returning.
