The facial was really wonderful and relaxing - no intense scents, super calming with some massage in there that was awesome. We then had individual massages by Tracy. Unfortunately that was not the greatest, WAY too gentle, WAY too much oil, and hardly felt relieved nor relaxed after - I kept thinking "when is this massage going to start" even after for more pressure. My partner had the same experience as well. We didn't "discuss" anything about my hair color I asked for foil highlights she did a balayage no foil. There was no consultation she just started doing what she wanted. My hair is one inch past my shoulders, if you want to charge me extra because it's "so long and thick" that's no problem but you should definitely inform your client before the service that you are charging them so much extra. Any other salon I've been to has always offered purple shampoo when washing a blonde, I didn't want to change my tone, I understand what a toner does,I have always been offered purple shampoo when having my hair washed professionally.

You can make a reservation online tho they also take walk-ins. They have complimentary drinks and snacks. Along with the massage chairs, they also give you a massage by hand while your toes are drying. They take credit cards, but you get a small discount if you pay with cash. Also since it was still their grand opening, we got an additional discount. We were pleased with our pedicures and will probably go back.

I didn't have to worry about on street parking since it is in a strip mall and I was able to get a parking spot in the shade during this terrible heat wave. I was pleasantly surprised when I was taken to a chair after only a 15 minute wait. It had been a while since my last pedicure so I chose one of the spa options "The Vitamin C - Fruity Spa". This was perfect with the callus removal, massage and scrub. Maggie was my technician and she was very sweet and attentive. She brought me a fruit juice of my choice and then began the service.
