Attention to detail and careful is how I would characterize the nail techs. They speak English and Spanish here. I saw several ages, genders, and sizes treated with warm smiles. Although the early days of adjusting to a new spot will no doubt be hectic, I found that the owner handled mishaps with ease and professionalism. Some time ago, the women at Brookfield, a VERY busy shop, told me they recently opened a second location in Pawling. I was reluctant, I'd finally found the perfect place... I did not have time to wait for an appointment or make the drive to Brookfield this week so I gave Pawling a try. K & M has completely replicated the Brookfield store from the front desk to the cleanliness, to the highly skilled, very friendly women who wax you.
