I went in with a friend for a pedicure, both were sat and they worked on my friend 25 minutes before starting me. Due to time restrictions I was only able to now do the Reg Pedicure. She did a good job honestly but I went to pay and the "menu" they give you when you pick out what you are doing had this @ $25.00 Lady charged me $28.00 and when I brought this to her attention she acted like she did not understand me! The Debit card they wanted to charge 4% more to use so they send you to the ATM there (they get a kick back) so yes I paid cash, rushed chair did not even work well for that comfort. Please get a cleaning service in there! I don't know what happened in the past year or so but it's dirty! Nothing like sitting and drying your toes after a pedi while looking at a dirty counter with plants full of dust! I used to love this place but I took my mom and my daughter here for pedicures recently and was very disappointed. the price went up by $6.00 for a regular pedicure and it was rushed and the polish did not come out that good. looks like I'll have to find a new place. $28.00 is a lot for a regular pedicure and they used to spend more time to do a good job. read more

Service was not bad until the tech tried to convince me that I had to buy a gel pedicure because of the kind of shoes I was wearing. Then it really got real when she sliced my heel open during a pedicure. read more

The WORST pedicure and manicure I've EVER had DO NOT GO!!! I asked for a dip manicure Raymond told me that I don't know what that was and said he could do something better. He did dip with gel over, my nails are uneven thick and have bubbles. My cuticles were never touched. I will never go back there do not waste your money. read more

Everything depends on who you get to do your nails and who is there supervising. Most experiences i have had here over the years are all positive but last week i was there with my sister (we made an appointment) to remove acrylics and get a manicure done, the lady had us both soak our hands in a bowl of acetone for almost 40 minutes while waiting they took 3 different customers in our appointment windows!! There was a bowl of hot water and a smaller bowl of acetone to keep it warm. This made my nails very brittle and painful so i opted out of the gel manicure and the nail tech got mad and refused to correctly give me a regular manicure and kept aggressively insisting on me putting polish. Its been a few days now and my nails are very painful and weak! read more

I like this nail salon. The nail techs are really nice as is the owner. They have a great selection of color and designs. However, they are very expensive but my nails have lasted beyond the regular two week fill ins. I will keep going until I find a cheaper place. This gets to be too much after a while. read more

This place constantly overcharges for acrylics, and they push their overpriced gel polish like nothing I have ever seen. Last time I went they told me they had to charge me $5 to remove my existing nail polish that they put on two weeks before! They've also charged me $10 for a top coat. My mom had her nails done for the first time for my wedding, and they charged about $60 for a full set, and they charged her $42 for her first and only fill! There's no better than Jade here. She's not only one of the most talented nail techs that I've ever found but she's one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She takes pride in her work and it's very much deserved. Not only does she listen to you but she will make completely sure that you love what she's done before you walk out the door. I normally don't go out of my way to post a review but I was so happy with this salon that I just had to. I got an acrylic fill with gel last week and only a few days later it chipped. I went in to have two nails fixed and the guy (who I think was the owner) re-did every nail FOR FREE. I made sure to tip. I called ahead of time, waited for less than a minute, and my nails look beautiful. read more

I got a full set done here and asked for coffin shaped (I've been here a dozen times and they do it every single time) , after I was done I was looking at my nails and realized every nail was a different shape, length and size ! I sat in my car staring at my nails and I couldn't leave after spending 50 dollars on the mess they did . I went back inside & told the lady I either want them fixed or refunded she stared at my nails and tried to convince me they were perfect . Another younger worker came and saw them and made a face and said "oh no these are bad" and the lady told her to go away. They shaved the acrylics off and left the plastic tips on my nails, left my money on the table next to me and told me I don't ever have to come back . I've been going here for about 3 years and have to say I'm a fan. Now and then I do have issues with my gels chipping within a few days of getting them done but all I need to do is stop by and they fix them right up for no extra charge. However they're normally done so well I can get a good 3-4wks of wear out of them. The staff and owner are extremely friendly and the place is spotless. However, I would warn you may want to make an appointment as they do get busy in the afternoon and weekends. Also, bring cash for tip as you can not add tip to your debt or credit card payment. read more

Jade is an excellent Nail Tech at this nail salon. She takes pride in her work. Pays attention to detail and her customer. I went there because I admired a woman's nail at the mall. She told me where to find the lady that did her nails. Not to take away from any other nail tech there, but I am satisfied with her work. I was recommended to this nail salon by a co-worker of mine, so I had high hopes. I walked in for a manicure/pedicure and was greeted at the door. The salon is very nice inside. I was asked if I wanted gel color for my manicure and I declined because my nails were in bad shape from previous gel manicures. The manicurist seemed miffed about my decision. She did not speak to me at all during my pedicure, which I found odd but it didn't really bother me. When it was time for my manicure I was asked 3 times and was pressured into getting a gel manicure. I repeated that I did not want a gel manicure at this time, even though I get them often, because my nails were thin, dry and brittle. The manicurist, clearly annoyed, then responded saying that she understood I couldn't afford it, maybe another time. I was extremely insulted by her comment. My nails were clearly damaged from previous gel manicures but she would not take no for an answer. I am so disappointed by this manicurist that I will NEVER go back to NY Nails. That was one of the rudest comments that has ever been made towards me! I still can't believe her disrespect. I would never recommend NY Nails to anyone. read more
