I've been getting soak-off gel manicures for many years and never have I had someone remove all of the soak-off gel with an electric nail file (no soak). Not only that but they prime the cuticle for cutting with the electric file as well with no oil or pre-soak. Every time I've gotten my nails done here my nails split down the side, which I've never had happen before, and have major "ring of fire" lines post-removal due to the excessive filing of the nail bed. I've gone here several times since I've moved to the area hoping that it was just an "off visit" - but each time I'm met with the same service and after effect. Again, the employees are lovely but unfortunately, my nails can't withstand the damage inflicted.

I have been here times in 3 months and normally a spanish lady does them. They do a nice job and take their time. But today I had "KIKI"...WHEN the lady told her to take me she laughed like she didn't want to. I didn't trip. There weren't many people there. I was seated next to a lady getting a full pedicure gel polish and all. When I sat down, the tech had just started painting her feet. When I was done she was still under the UV light. Kiki ran through my service like it was a race. She won and lost at the same time. Nah im good...she may be the best at her job but her service was not for me. $38 Pedicure, $20 tip not because she was good, but because I'm a decent person. When I was asked if I wanted a design, I thought it would've been a real design as I saw another customer receive. Unfortunately it was a tiny heart placed on one finger per hand, for $10. The gentleman that was there doing someone's pedicure made the woman leave the shop yelling and highly upset and said out loud to the women working there that the guy did a a horrible job and the woman said to me and the other two women there (getting their nails done) not to let him do our pedicure. She rushed a full gel and it showed. Nails were different lengths and looked so unprofessional. JASMINE at FANTASY NAILS took one look at my nails and told me, she would try to fix them. Well she was able to remove the set I had just gotten the week before and gave me a perfectly new gel set that looks perfect! They actually do the callus remover well and don't just scrape your feet a little bit. It's gross how much skin they get off but exactly what I want and they clean around your toes and calluses. They do a great job with the powder manicure also. Yelp check in offer says they give 10% off but they don't do this and they seemed to not even know about it, so I told them to contact yelp and let them know. Wing and May are both really nice and definitely not trying to rip you off but don't utilize this until they're able to sort it out. My four stars is really because one of the workers doesn't understand much English at all, so it's difficult to get set up and say what you want. May came over and asked us and then explained it to her but we literally sat there sort of just looking at each other for ten minutes first.

We arrived we picked our colors, they sat us in our chairs. I figured out how the massage work as my friend and I were speaking. The water was on the cool side., I asked them if they had a menu so they pointed up to a wall so we were able to review what they offered and I did ask her please give hot water as it was cool and that was totally ignored I have polish on my skin on three toes, I did the parafin treatment which was put only on my heels in an open plastic bag. my friend had the same however they did dip her feet deeper and tied the bags. One calf was massaged 2 minutes! Nothing in the other! very inexperienced for sure! Water my money for sure
