Update. I went home, pulled out my manicure set and filed my nails down myself. I would like to add, the woman named Vee is not concerned with customer service, just your money. If they had a free manicure give away I would pass. (That would never happen here...lol Money grubbing Vee would have an aneurysm)

I'm in from out of town and found this gem! I'm so upset I cannot use this nail salon regularly. Their prices are amazing and the service you receive is even better. I came in with SNS dip done in another salon and it was thick and ruined my nails. The nail technician was able to save what was let of my nails and gave me a beautiful, thin, SNS manicure. Letting me leave with my inner Barbie showing! So happy I found this place. You should go, you'll be happy you did!

My daughter and I got all pretty for the new year!

Kevin is amazing and was very gentle. I only take one star away cause I hate drills but again, Kevin was very gentle and such a nice guy. My nails look beautiful!

My first gels. Love them.

My "go to" nail place. I have never had a bad experience! Good prices, great people! Also a great selection of colors and products.

Awesome nail art and reasonable prices! Just missing the hot towel and hand massage after a manicure

My DH bought me a certificate for Christmas as they had such a vast array of services and it was a…read moreday spa. I called several days ahead of time and had planned out what services were going to make the most out of my certificate. 60 minute massage, 60 minute facial and organic pedicure - about 35 minutes. When I arrived I found the spa to be very open and airy. It looked neat and there was no one waiting in the waiting area near the check in desk. The attendant at the desk seen my time scheduled in the book, but there seemed to be no rhyme or reason as to which service I was to have first and it took a few minutes of her leading me towards different areas of the salon before they settled on me getting my pedi first. I guess I kinda wanted a definite plan that the right people were scheduled for my services desired...so I wasn't sure what to expect. Pedicure- "Organic Spa Pedicure" the nail tech wore proper protection and the instruments were sterilized and in their sealed bags. She did a very good job picking out the toes which had ingrown cuticles or built up skin and was very careful and skillful cleaning them up. Being on my feet 8-10 hours a day I have bad calluses and she did a good job taking off enough and not leaving me sore. The leg and foot massage could have been more intense, but that's just my preference. She followed up with a short pass with the hot stone - could've also been longer. All in all it was about 35 minutes. There was a great variety of polishes: Essie, UPI and some nonbrand and more Walgreen variety. If you're going to have TVs and 3/4 of your clientele are women, put HGTV, Bravo or something on...it was on Taken and then Transformers..just saying. Facial - "Deep Cleansing" 60 minute facial. In a room near the front of the salon. The woman doing my facial was quiet and gave direction when needed. She did a number of passes over my face, took out blackheads and applied a mask. While it was drying she gave me a nice arm and hand massage which wasn't in the description so it was a nice touch! After the mask dried, she pealed it off, wiped my face and put a light lotion and spritz over my face. THIS WAS MY FAVORITE SERVICE! I didn't see what brand of skin products she was using. Massage - Normally - at the day spas and massage therapists I've went to - they have you fill out a release form which had a body so you could circle areas to avoid or areas of specific tenderness. Also, usually the masseuse/therapist will introduce themselves take you to the room where relaxing music is playing and set some ground rules. How naked ya want to be, where the bathroom is, and how deep ya want your massage to be. There was NONE of that. I got the feeling that they guy drew the short straw. He seemed to not really care and barely spoke to me, led me to the room and told me to get on the table face down. I decided to do the 30 minute massage as I didn't know how this was going to be. He didn't lay down any of those ground rules so I left everything on. I don't think he was certified as a massage therapist and didn't see any certificates. It was more like a decent back rub. Overall, i didn't get the day spa vibe. Not quiet enough, theyskipped the relaxing aspect of the music, essential oil use in the facial and massage rooms and overall feel. More like a good nail salon. Go there for nails or facial - skip the "massage".

Got my nails done there and they all broke apart the next day, service stunk and it was expensive!read more

I go and they say they need to do a soak off. I personally do nails and knew that this did not require a full soak off, but whatever, I let them do what they thought was best. I asked how much would it be for a short French tip, she originally said 75$, then a little while later, said she wouldn't know until I was done, which I found weird. I noticed while doing my nails, she reused the nail bit that was used on previous clients on me, as the bit was filled with white dust from previous clients and she kept flipping it around because it was old and not working efficiently. My nails were burning and she kept hurting me, which I know happens, but I have never experienced. Then she reused 2 nails files from previous clients on me, as well as cuticle cutters. I was also told to go wash my hands and was expected to reuse an old nail brush used by previous clients. I ended up asking for a solid color as I noticed the work wasn't good, and I was too far in, and I wanted to just leave as the environment was unpleasant. My nails turned out lumpy and bad, and I was charged 85$ for a horrible work and horrible customer service. I told the owner that $85 dollars is a crazy amount for short, solid colored acrylics, that looked horrible. she could not provide any explanation or breakdown for what I was paying for except 10 dollars for the soak off then 75 for the nails. I tried to understand why I was paying $75 for not only bad work, but such simple nails. She automatically became rude. I payed and left. I then realized my receipt was not itemized and I called back to request an itemized receipt to try and understand what it is that I paid for. Nobody would pick up, so I went there. Before I could even speak to the owner to ask for the reciept, a police officer walked in. She called the police. I then explained the situation to the officer. She tried to use her pricing board as an excuse and told me to refer to the price board if I had an issue to which I explained to the officer that that doesn't make sense because she didn't use the price board when giving me a price so the board is irrelevant to the situation.
