I've gone about 4 times. As it turns out, the way they remove the gel polish is not good for nails. They literally sand it off the nails which has made my nails very weak and now they're breaking and bendy. I do not recommend. read more

New people here. Had been going forever because they did dip powder correctly. Suddenly there's a new staff and they're doing a gel top coat over my powder. I specifically go here not to be exposed to the UV lights, so it's a no for me from now on. I asked about this change and the woman was adamant she HAD to do a gel top coat. This is not how they've ever done it in the past and I'm disappointed in the change. This is not the correct way to do powder dip nails. It is faster, but not correct. read more

Update -HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Been coming here for MONTHS and WAS liking it. Thought I had a good rapport with Patrick. We had some really good conversations. But I kept putting up with some weird stuff with my pedicures. I liked how my powder looked and my nails were shaped beautifully but I kept getting told my messed up nails from a bad polygel experience would get stronger with time. This was untrue. They are more brittle and bendable than they ever have been in my ENTIRE LIFE. Plus I was told I was "too picky" yesterday! I'm paying them for a service to MY BODY- I'll be as goddamn picky as I want! And picky is relative anyway esp when you are dealing with inexperienced pedicurists. All because I asked for the guy to cut my toenails shorter??? So you know what he did? He said " if you can do it better, DO IT YOURSELF!" So I did and showed him how easy it was then I panicked thinking "this guy is going to do my full pedicure?" So I asked the owner's wife if she would and she rudely and nastily said "I don't do pedicures." Then she proceeded to say "No one wants to do your toes bc you are too picky" Wth?? First of all , I have put up with the other very inexperienced pedicure woman who always hurts -burns me with the dremel tool when taking off powder on nails and gel on toes - this new guy( bc they fired the AWESOME pedicure guy - have NO idea why bc people asked for him specifically and he was bringing back clients so ?? ) I had screamed no less than FOUR times yesterday bc this new guy hurt me too! And I'M Picky???Hell I am when my body is getting hurt and they don't even care! They don't like you to ask anything you want bc they give a huge attitude. The powder has always been great done by the husband and this is very disconcerting bc I thought he and I had a really good rapport but it seens now I see they have been talking crap about me for what reason I don't know. I pay, I tip well, I am cordial and friendly. I ask nicely if I can have toenails cut shorter and you think I asked them to climb Mt. Everest. Ridiculous. I had to walk out of the pedi tub and chair I was shaking after she said NO ONE wants to do my toes! Wtf I have had them done the last time and the woman was nice to me but gave me problems about cutting shorter why?? I was so upset I had to walk out bc she basically made me feel less than dirt so why would I stay in such a horrid experience other than to torture myself on my SPA Day I wholly deserved bc I've been having a horrible summer losing our beloved pet. It was time I waa finally taking for myself to destress. Yeah right. Oh! and When I said to the wife "The customer is ALWAYS right" You know what she said " No they're NOT." Well isn't it obvious now what kind of business this is? I will NEVER go back and I have already alerted all my friends and all of Cornwall and next is the BBB. These people are in the WRONG business bc they really have NO CLUE how American business should be run = friendliness and camaraderie with customers to keep them is KEY to a successful business. They should really work at a jail or something with nasty grumpy people like themselves. Also this is called Diva Nail 'SPA'? It is hardly EVER a spa like experience. They have depressing news on ALL day long and have ZERO ambience in there. Like put on some HGTV or a postive vibe show like all the other nail salons around or play some soothing MUSIC if you want to call it a 'Spa' BUT they also are big on false advertising bc I asked to see the products on two posters and was curtly told " Those are just for show. We don't have that here." Whaaa? The place is a joke. NEVER will I step foot in this place again. And here's what their OLD gel polish did to my toes last pedicure and they tried to blame it on ME saying I put suntan lotion on them- Who the HELL puts suntan lotion on toenails?! I haven't even used suntan lotion since this pedi was done! OLD POLISH. They don't update or buy new. So many beautiful and cool new powder colors out there-iridescent and ieven color changing and they have none of the new stuff. I stopped in on a rainy Sunday morning for a UV gel fill in and a UV gel pedicure. I am very particular when it comes to my nails and after going to the same salon for two years let's just say I needed a change! First impression is that the salon is CLEAN! The polishes are meticulously arranged by brand and color on the wall. I did not have an appointment but would suggest in the future as they started to get busy after I arrived. The technicians were all polite and friendly. The woman who did my nails was very attentive to detail and did an absolutely fabulous job with my nails. I forgot to ask her name but am already planning to go back for my fill in. The woman who did my pedicure also did an excellent job. Wouldn't spend another dollar there, besides the fact their pedicures aren't worth your time or money. The owner Patrick repeatedly gave NO greeting, even after I would say "Hello" or "Good Morning".. all I received was silence in return! The final straw was one time after nail service Patrick had the nerve to text me complaining about what he felt was an "insufficient tip"! As a woman of color I highly doubt he texts all his customers complaining about their tip! Never in my life has ANY business complained to me about a tip, I gave him all the cash I had in my pocket which was $6 (since I was told I couldn't add a tip to my credit card transaction); but according to his math the proper tip would've been $8. With all the other nail salon options in the area, I rather give my money to any place else! Diva Nails need to learn to treat ALL their customers with courtesy and respect not just some! read more

During the summer they took my daughter in with walk-in visit. Very friendly staff and her pedicure was pristine! Her nails were nice but they lasted 2 weeks before they started lifting. Will try back again as they're near by and professional. read more

I stopped into diva to get a full UV gel set while i was getting my car repaired last weekend. A week later the entire set has fallen off. I got them put on on a Friday. Monday i did break one at work but i came in to get it fixed on Wednesday. Thursday i looked down and the entire gel piece had come off my thumbnail. I went back Thursday to get it repaired. Friday my pointer finger fell off, tip included. Yesterday i lost both of my ring fingers. By this morning i had about three nails left so i ripped them off and I'm going to be cancelled my fill appt. I am so disappointed, the salon is clean and everyone seems so sweet but i won't be back. read more

My experience was good , they really take their time making sure the nails come out good.. I just wish that effort was put into the pedicure. It was too fast & the cleaning wasn't the best. The tools that were used on my foot was just rinsed out once and put back. It wasn't a thorough cleaning which is not sanitary (obviously) . I'd recommend for nails. read more

I've gone here several times to get glue on tips and the powder manicure. I've had them last up to a month and a half without damage or chipping! The staff is always very helpful and understanding! I'm very picky with the length and shape of my nails and they are very responsive to my requests. Making appointments is definitely the way to go. I can't say they're fast, because they take their time perfecting the nails! Very satisfied with their service. Haven't been since Covid started, but am looking to go again soon.
