I brought some balloons in before hand but they then brought their own balloons, a birthday sash, and a crown for her. They were super sweet and welcoming. Our pedicures were amazing and my first time here my gel pedicure lasted twice as long (6 weeks) than when I got them done at chocolate nail. We will definitely be back!!

I just moved into the area and this was my 1st time here, but okay that's fine. The entire time she was answering the phone, making & writing appointments down, also getting up to assist people multiple times during my spa pedicure...umm, not cool but okay. She was rushing to file my nails and cute me pretty bad. She said the file was sharp but actually the file was dusty and needed replaced. The tech needed to slow down. My toe is still in pain days later. I also just noticed last night that my polish is chipped, which is why I'm writing this review! It's Christmas Eve, and 1 day of working from home, not going outside, and somehow my polish is chipped, smh...$60 bucks later, my toe hurts and my polished is chipped. Needless to say, I will not be frequenting this establishment again. Update: 3 hrs after my initial post, more polish chipped off. What a waste of time, money, effort and pain. You can make a reservation online tho they also take walk-ins. They have complimentary drinks and snacks. Along with the massage chairs, they also give you a massage by hand while your toes are drying. They take credit cards, but you get a small discount if you pay with cash. Even when you have an appointment with a specific person they ask you is anyone OK? I went in there yesterday and had my nails done and had a gel filling done. I was skeptical, but I just needed to get my nails done and I wanted to see if they would do a good job. Well, that did not happen. I had Mia who put so much hard gel on my nails. It looks like I had tips put on. Aside from that, she cut my cuticle and then left chrome powder in the area near my cuticles so my nails look ridiculous. I don't understand how this is ok. Unfortunately I didn't notice until this morning seeing my nails in the sun. They are rough and lumpy. Well, the new salon is beautiful it's supposed to be a relaxing environment and it is definitely not. The sound of the door letting you know that a customer has walked in and just the amount of people that are in there at all times is just insane. I will never be going back again, but I promise you this.
