Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I went back after an amazing first visit and was lucky enough to have Sunny herself do my gel manicure. She was professional, kind, and so easy to talk to. We had such a great conversation. I'd originally wanted a finish that was $5 extra, but instead of just taking the upcharge, Sunny asked thoughtful questions like, "Is this for a special occasion?" and "When is that?" She explained the desired finish wouldn't last long enough for the wedding I'm attending and, since I use a lot of lotion in my skincare routine, wouldn't look how I wanted. She recommended the standard finish instead. That is amazing customer service and truly looking out for me, not just an upsell. My daughter decided she wanted to get gel extensions one day. We stopped by Sunny Nail on. Wednesday afternoon and tho we didn't have an appointment, they were able to see us. Everyone else who came in after us had an appointment, so I'd suggest making an appointment. We just got lucky. It took about an hour and cost $95. They prefer that any tips are in cash. Mixed feelings about mani/pedi. Salon is clean, sanitized foot soak area with comfortable lounge chairs. Technician quickly clipped my cuticles before I could say anything so I let that slide. Manicure did not reach perimeters of all fingers making it look like they had grown out. Manicure didn't last too long before peeling-possibly a week. A few weeks later skin around my cuticles is peeling. Pedicure was relaxing and thorough. Legs were massaged and felt great. Again, cuticles were clipped, but I haven't noticed the peeling like on fingers. Technician was speedy with both the mani and the pedi. read more

Salon was definitely clean. I have recently moved to the area and have been looking for a new salon. I booked a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. If they do a competent job on a regular pedicure then I usually come back for the spa. Well, I didnt even get the gel manicure the pedicure was so subpar. It lasted about 12 minutes start to finish. Nothing was done at all to my cuticles, the shaping was not performed, and the polish was sloppy. I asked the nail technician if there was some issue or if they were in hurry and they said "massage is 4 minutes". I don't know what that has to do with performing a proper pedicure- don't do any massage then. I was there with someone else and their pedicure took about 25 minutes which seems normal. The owner was there and at first was being defensive but then offered to redo it when it clearly looked awful. I said is it normal for a pedicure to take 12 minutes and she also said, massage is 4 minutes? She should have interceded when it was clearly not being done properly. Then less than a week later all of the polish was chipping. Im only giving 2 starts because it was clean. read more

I walked in first on Saturday morning. I have lived in this area in my whole life. I have seen so many nail places come and go in the area. It's really difficult to find a great nail person. The service was great very beautiful inside , new, clean, highly recommend. Prices I think are pretty reasonable. I got a gel manicure and one price higher than the normal pedicure. I believe it was around $63. The foot massage was fantastic during the pedicure and used all new and clean stuff. Two other women walked in from what they said Spring Valley New York which I believe is pretty far from Fishkill just to specifically go here because they had such a great experience. They were probably about five or six walk-ins after me. I would recommend scheduling an appointment to be guaranteed a time or arriving first thing in the morning like I did. read more

I had been going here a few times over the summer. I really like the nail technician Cindy. She would take her time and really was detailed with my nails. It is very clean and they have a selection of colors but I didn't like how I was treated by the owners. They wouldn't speak to me or try to make conversation with me as I see they would do with other customers. I even got turned away one night with my friend, a new customer I was bringing to them. They didn't even try to accommodate us. Because of the treatment I've received I stopped coming here. You would think because I was a frequent customer every month I would be treated nicer. Nice clean salon. Very friendly. I think I ended up getting someone with less experience though, but might try them again. She was a little sloppy and left my nails a bit too thick. Also didn't ask what shape I preferred, but not a big deal. UV gel fills were $45 which I thought was reasonable but they charged me an extra $10 for the gel polish which I've never heard of with a normal UV gel fill. I didn't find out about till it came time to pay. I didn't mind paying $55 but was surprised at the unexpected additional cost. I get my nails done regularly and have been for years. This probably wouldn't be my first choice, unless I came back and had a different person with a little more experience, but they're worth visiting at least once. read more

I came here today on recommendation of a FB post. I had gone to a previous salon 2 weeks ago for gel extensions mani and pedi. My nails were so thick I couldn't get them off quick enough So I call Sunny nail and he told me to come right over. I was taken promptly and he could not believe how thick my nails were! He was amazing! Truly a skilled and talented nail professional! Luckily I followed my gut because upon his removal of extension he found the very early stages of a fungus infection! There was a misunderstanding of when my appointment was for,they thought it was for yesterday I thought it was for today but they were able to take me and my daughter right away as soon as they opened. I was not aware there was a bigger fee for me to use a debt card there is no sign anywhere that states that so all the services I got they added an additional six dollars to my bill which I am not okay with. Rain turned out to be one of the rudest people I've ever met along with Summer! I went there for a couple of months. 1st few times he was great aimed to please (I sent quite a few people to him as well) only to turn out to be one of the nastiest smug people I've ever come across, laughing in a smug nasty way at me while I was trying to explain what he knew we were working towards for 2 months (2 days before my child's wedding, needless to say, I walked out in tears) but gave me to Summer who clearly couldn't understand and rather then him make it right he became very nasty (along with her literally yelling about me bringing all attention to me, such poor people skills) it's as if he was literally 2 different people from the 1st time I met him. All I can say is god don't like ugly! Never in my life have I written anything like this, but how he treated me was so awful! If I could go into detail people wouldn't believe it.
