I think they have the friendliest staff I've ever had in nail service! I seriously love how sweet and kind they are. If I had to say one thing, is unfortunately I don't feel that they have a good range of nail polish. I do gel pedicures and manicures and I feel like the color they have are a little outdated. Love this nail salon. Firstly because they have Male techs which they all do such a lovely job. Especially when doing your pedicure. Omg! Its Heaven when they massage your feet, their really strong handed and they are really neat in painting your feet. I love the massage chair they have thier as well, overlooking the place they seem very neat clean using newly bagged product, also they have a great selection of nail polish (essie, O.P.I) I love that! The foot spa is reasonably priced and everything else is normal price Some nail salon charge for any little thing even charging a dollar or two more (wow) for using O.P.I nail polish, (which my favorite is linclon park and I use it often) so I was relieved that this wasn't one of them. I wanna say after reading other 1 star reviews I was disappointed in their experience. I have been going to this nails salon since the original owner worked there when I was in high school. About 15 yrs... there are times they are over whelmed or a nail may chip or break within a week. I call and they have no issues fixing it. Cindy is the owner and sits closest to the door. They are clean and polite.heir English is not that great and sometimes misunderstandings happen especially when clients are frustrated trying to explain what they need or what. Have patience you're getting your nails done it's supposed to be relaxing. Also being respectful says a lot about your character. I've seen plenty women walk into that salon demanding a service and when they don't understand and try to communicate clients get rude and unreasonable. TWO RULES I GO BY prior to a service always ask how much? And Secondly be respectful. I understand the saying you're paying for a service you want that service done exceptionally but with all due respect you it is also has to be reasonable. They don't do crazy designs or all the fancy new stuff but they do offer a great spa pedicure and gel mani. Sometimes I get dip or reg gel and it turns out great. My top staff picks are Cindy the owner she does great acrylics and gel. Ana as well ( who sits next to her) and does a fab spa pedi. Henry does gel mani and pedi and is pretty good too. Jason does acrylics and is pretty good too.. alil rough but those nails stay on honey. Linda does mani pedis and is great. She 90 % of the time has RBF but gives great massages. The men do nails very well here the females are still training. I recieved the worst gel manicure ever from one of the woman. I asked her during the process if she could not complete the task to let some one else do it or I can go to another nail salon. She insisted to proceed. She filed my nails down really short when I explained to her how I wanted my nails she became defensive and combative . I let her finish and paid for the service and left. I told them I was displeased with the service and the outcome. None offered to redo it or to provide a discount or no charge. If you go here just be aware. They do a very good job, I showed my nail tech a picture of what I wanted and she did it perfectly.

50$ for gel bc they said they were "long" and the guy answered w a smart remark "this is a nail salon." I only asked how much it would be for shorter nails out of curiosity, that set the whole mood for the rest of the time.Then he had me switch to a diff nail tech mid acrylic which was RUDE. If I'm paying to do a service then i would like for it to be a good time esp when it's my day off. Came out w a crooked nail in which all 3 of us know. Never coming back. read more

One suggestion: would be great if they had additional service for men. I usually finish 10 minutes earlier for a pedi but pay the same price. So I walked in without an appointment and right away greeted by the lady who was helping me that day. I had just had a baby a month ago and had broken gel on my nails- a total bi$&@ to take off btw. She was so gentle and did what she could to salvage my nail bed. She definitely gets 5 stars alone. Let me start by saying I don't like writing bad reviews because I know the stain they can hold... However, I work in the service industry to be more specific I work in the Beauty industry and BAD customer service is NEVER okay, so I felt the need to write this review as after you read this you'll understand why I will NOT be returning. I've been going to Hena Nails for about 2 years now. My first experience being awful my nails literally were lopsided, but I called and they offered to fix it no problem. The lady by the door was the one to fix my nails. She did a great job so I decided to go back and only go back to her. After the reopening since the closing from COVID it's all went downhill. (I will mention in the past if anything ever happened to my nails when'd I'd go to get them redone the lady would say that just doesn't work for your nails we need to try something different and I always just went with it). My first time returning back since the closure I get white dip powder (DO NOT GET IT) the next day literally a nail chips. I call and they say to come get it fixed and I get it fixed no problem. Between the next two days to a week EVERY nail has chipped besides two. (Just a side not Dip powder should last 2-3 weeks AT LEAST unless you do something very damaging) I call to get it fixed and I'm presented with getting them redone or getting a refund. (Side note: during the pandemic I ordered my own dip powder and my nails lasted over a month with no chipping at all! I just couldn't figure out how to get them smooth{as I'm not a nail tech or gifted in this realm}, hence why I decided to go back to the nail salon) So this time I decide I'd like to get them redone but I'll take all my own products and dip from my own kit, the lady again said to me if this chips you can only do acrylic no more dip powder(Fine). My nails lasted almost the full 3 weeks before 2 started to chip which was understandable because they were thin to begin with, so I was happy with that because that's what I expect from the powder. So Today I go back to get them redone as it's been 3 weeks. I get greeted with as soon as I walk in the door "what are you doing today" I say dip powder she stands up looks at my nails and says it's chipped I say yes it's been 3 weeks it's fine if it chips then, she says if this chips I'm not fixing them or doing them again (SKKKKIIRRRTTT, excuse me? I wish I would ever speak to one of my clients like that.. not only that but for a 35 dollar service I always tip at least 10 dollars so close to 30 percent for their time and effort and I've been consistently loyal and coming for 2 years) I kindly say okay. Allow her to do my nails and still tip 6 dollars when in reality she should've gotten nothing for the lack of tact and customer service. But let's mention also upon paying I'm told my total is $40 when I've only ever paid $35 including the last time and she used all MY products and none of theirs... so to sum this up, don't waste your time( THEY USE CHEAP DIP POWDER(won't speak for anything else because that's my complaint & they have HORRIBLE customer service) I will be finding another nail salon ASAP. read more

The first time I went here I was really surprised how great of a job the man had done. He really took his time and did a fantastic job w the small details as well. When I came back the second time someone different did my nails and it was probably the worst job I've ever had done mostly cause of rushing and carelessness. They were crooked and rough. I've been there twice..who could run a salon with no hot water for pedicures? So I tried again. The credit card machine was broken so before I sat down I had to go find an atm. No one is friendly at all. OK, I don't go there to find a friend...but the manicure and pedicure were bad. I'm sad to write this review for what was once my favorite nail salon. The new owners do not have the same level of service as the original owners and it is reflected in the quality of the service received as a customer. The pedicure was quick, not thorough and felt rushed. My nails were not filed, my cuticles were not cut and when I tried to communicate with her she didn't understand. Then after the pedicure I am escorted to the drying area and a bill is shoved in my face. I looked at her and asked if I could pay after my polish was dry and she responded "pay now".
