I just moved into the area and this was my 1st time here, but okay that's fine. The entire time she was answering the phone, making & writing appointments down, also getting up to assist people multiple times during my spa pedicure...umm, not cool but okay. She was rushing to file my nails and cute me pretty bad. She said the file was sharp but actually the file was dusty and needed replaced. The tech needed to slow down. My toe is still in pain days later. I also just noticed last night that my polish is chipped, which is why I'm writing this review! It's Christmas Eve, and 1 day of working from home, not going outside, and somehow my polish is chipped, smh...$60 bucks later, my toe hurts and my polished is chipped. Needless to say, I will not be frequenting this establishment again. Update: 3 hrs after my initial post, more polish chipped off. What a waste of time, money, effort and pain. I've been getting soak-off gel manicures for many years and never have I had someone remove all of the soak-off gel with an electric nail file (no soak). Not only that but they prime the cuticle for cutting with the electric file as well with no oil or pre-soak. Every time I've gotten my nails done here my nails split down the side, which I've never had happen before, and have major "ring of fire" lines post-removal due to the excessive filing of the nail bed. I've gone here several times since I've moved to the area hoping that it was just an "off visit" - but each time I'm met with the same service and after effect.
