I made about a hundred calls and was just about to give up the hunt in favor of having my mom or best girlfriend do my hair, when I reached Deb. Deb is very personable both on the phone and in person. She set my mind at ease and was very affordable not only for me but also for my bridal party. When I walked in to Deb's salon for my hair trial, I was happy to see it was very clean and at that time in the process of a make over. Deb told me they added new floors, touched up the paint and also brought in some new seating and shelving. Deb seems to be the main stylist, in fact I do not know if any other stylist work there but she was as pleasant as ever. I walked her through what I thought I wanted to do with my hair and within 30 minutes or so, we had a look we both agreed upon. My trial was only $50! If you are searching for a great value in bridal hair in the Hudson Valley, look no further. Deb is more than capable and very affordable. The day of my wedding, I met Deb at her shop where she washed and prepared my hair for the hot rollers. We then left her Salon and headed to The Chalet on the Hudson, where I was getting married. Deb worked on my bridesmaids and my mother's hair, finished my hair, and then even did my son and my husband. Everyone was extremely happy with their results and I was a stress free bride! I would highly recommend Deb and would love to go back to her for my next haircut - even though she is over 30 minutes away from where I live.

Color was much better. Asked for a trim and left with botched layered cut instead. Spent over $400 and my hair so is fried and so choppy. Can't curl my hair and it's even worse straightened. Don't want to go back in and get the hair cut fixed because my shortest layer is at my chin.

While they may handle injectables and basic procedures adequately, I would never trust them with a laser or an RF microneedling device again. At this point a year or so later I'm clearly agitated and because she's the face of the company and the one who should be making sure she follows through with her promises that somebody reaches back to me as she stated, I was understandably upset because afterward (which I have this recording. As I have most of my attempts to reach out. ) It came as no surprise to me that my continually contacting, to hold them accountable for the damage done, is now being threatened and using a police officer's name and who they are and who you know because I'm calling to get results which you guys continually fail to do there are laws against that but this is part of the one-way mentality that everybody knows the law and they can use people to scare others. Calling and demanding accountability is not harassment. I have all the recordings, and none of them were ever heated until today. Bad words are not harassment. To put it into context, My brother works in a high-risk field and was physically assaulted and harassed by a client. Guess what? The law has very specific criteria for harassment or assault. So, again just to put into perspective, swear words in a heated argument and not directed toward an individual for harm, is not harassment, and stating you know an officer is actually misuse of a police officer as they are civil servants and responsible not for the well-being of one individual who they know but for the rights of everybody so I think threatening somebody like me as a client who's calling and just demanding accountability and speaking to the same person who is pushed me alongside and never follow through with her promises as the receptionist, after a year I think I am entitled to be a tad bit upset. This is just a highlight of what you would have to deal with if you had to speak to them over an issue that you want resolved and where they're putting money over you. However, there are ethical standards broken when you fail to follow up with patient' care sending a picture to the microneedle company and them responding a-okay does not negate the way my skin Lost laxity and felt as though I was "stretch Armstrong" in my face. (the best way I can put it) I have pictures with clear evidence they took the standard pictures following so I don't know The game that they're running is just infuriating and poor ethical medical treatment. I've been patient, so clearly, as a client who's then had to go and fix this elsewhere, I'm quite upset, and their response is not empathy; it is ego self-righteousness and then ultimately playing the victim. Instead of understanding the client being extremely upset and mad now that this has been overlooked on multiple occasions.. complete radio silence, they're now playing the victim because, for the first time ever, I was upset. Again, this goes to show you. God forbid you have an issue. They will ignore you and blame the client for being upset after a year of ignoring you, and the Better Business Bureau whom they stated they responded too . However, they did not because I just confirmed it So who has more to lose by telling the truth certainly not the better business bureau. Again feel free to reach out I have the countless emails, The cell records, the recording of anytime I've attempted and got a voicemail or the front office person and that was it. What's not acceptable is being ignored not the fact that I called and became upset after hearing the same rant from the front office receptionist. Again when accompany promises to make right and this was the second and final secretary I spoke to and have only spoken to her once and I believe she holds a little bit of a managerial position, and radio silence thereafter or excuses it's not acceptable.

Before the appointment, she reached out to learn more about my skin concerns and current regimen. I told her my biggest skin issues were large pores, sagging skin and a dull complexion. At the appointment, she started the with dermaplaning, which removes peach fuzzes and dead skin cells. My skin instantly felt softer and more breathable. She then did a mint and papaya enzyme peel. The enzyme tingled a little but nothing unbearable and felt really refreshing and nourishing afterwards. She then removed the black heads. But first she applied a partial facial mask to loosen up the sebum in my pores and as a result there's very little pinching and squeezing to remove the blackheads unlike my previous experience with facials. I really loved how painless that was and the results are just as great! Meanwhile, she massaged my shoulders and neck and applied a décolleté peel off mask. she ended the session with a detoxifying charcoal mask. After the 90 minutes treatment, my skin looked taut and bright. The day after (today), my pores are visibly smaller, skin feels even firmer than right after the facial, and my complexion brighter with a healthy glow.
