She never asked me how short or what shape I wanted and now I have square shaped boy nails when I usually like the long rounded nails. i am a very polite costumer and she seemed snappy and was rushing me and so I might call back and see what they can do? I really didn't want acrylic on my nails as it ruins my nails.

Everything is clean and sterilized and Jamie does very careful work. I haven't had a mani/pedi in a while and it felt good to get pampered. The classic mani/pedi did take 2.5 hours and I didn't really plan for that. I got a smudge in my nail about 10 minutes after my nails were done and Jamie was quick to reschedule me for a fix. The only thing I didn't care for was that Bryte is connected to Tyte, a medispa. I understand why Jamie would want to plug that business and she also made a lot of recommendations for my nails. I know it comes from a good place but sometimes I want to veg out during pampering. I'm an earth science teacher so my skin and nails are a little rugged. I play in the dirt often! So I don't do as much with my nails as I should.

He communicates well and has serious artistic vision that he will tell you what will and will not look good. I was amazed at how clean they are and that he did not reuse tools. He did not let his assistant work on nails other than peeping the client or removing polish (very professional!) he was extremely kind and even gave me a bit of a discount. I will definitely be going back here and I highly recommend that other people try this salon out, you will not be disappointed! Also they will fix any broken nails for free within the first 10 days after getting them done.
