Wasn't really sure what to expect but I felt super relaxed and she gave me a quick rundown on what I needed to do to make sure my skin stayed healthy and asked me to come back a month later which I did today as a follow-up. Looks like business has picked up for her which is good and I had another little mini facial and it looks like she has picked up some new techniques on the face massage. I have not been in the back, but I believe that is where the waxing tables are located. There's a service list around the register written in a white erase board, I noticed that she offers a lot of services! Some of the services listed were threading, waxing and I believe blow out. (I just stopped by to get my eyebrows threaded). Anyways, the owners was very welcoming, she greeted me with a smile asked what I wanted done. She initiated our small talk and began working. It was a very quick, painless and calming experience getting my eyebrows done. The instrumental music, store's scent and her gentle way using thread made it a wonderful first experience at Fusion! Therefore, Yes, I will be a returning customer! She did an amazing job with my eyebrows, prices are fairly reasonable (without tip, I paid $10 to get my eyebrows done) and I love how relaxing my experience was! Highly recommend this place.

The facial was really wonderful and relaxing - no intense scents, super calming with some massage in there that was awesome. We then had individual massages by Tracy. Unfortunately that was not the greatest, WAY too gentle, WAY too much oil, and hardly felt relieved nor relaxed after - I kept thinking "when is this massage going to start" even after for more pressure. My partner had the same experience as well. I would totally be open to going back if there were other massage therapists though I will say, given the amount of $$ I was really hoping for a better experience.
