Purchase a Groupon for 40 units of Botox turns out I could only use 20 units at a time my mistake…read more I didn't read the small print and didn't realize that I couldn't use them both at the same time either way the receptionist was a very rude person she was trying to degrade me threatened to call the cops because she was trying to charge me an extra $330 for the difference in units, which was almost triple what the actual Groupon was for by the way she called Margaret, which is very nice to me and treated me with the respect the way a customer should be treated while she threatened again you to call the cops on me and I was like go ahead and call the cops Margaret went the extra step to call the owner and see how we can come to an amical solution I spoke with Christine, who seems to be the owner and we came to an agreement on a fair number. Either way I feel that I will never return to this place again. I'm requesting a refund from Groupon for the difference and part of the reason it is not because of Margaret or Christine because they were both very pleasant, but , because of that receptionist, I don't believe that people like her should be working in Customer Service jobs. She was not friendly.
