I'm pretty sure she just used soap and water. I asked for a deep cleansing facial, she "cleansed" my face for no more than 2 minutes, max. She was washing my face, rinsing out the washcloth a bowl of dirty water that she had removed the scrub from. She would leave the room for 5 mins at a time and in the salon, the owner (?) was walking around talking on speakerphone... the least relaxing environment I have ever been in. I paid to have a face mask put on, it would've been a heck of a lot cheaper if I did it at my house. Finally, I went to check out and there was a miscellaneous $10 charge. There was no mention of "additional charges" when I was on the phone yesterday discussing the price. I think my skin looked better when I walked in. Super unhappy, would absolutely not return.
