Worst facial I have ever gotten. I called to schedule an appointment at the $75 I saw on the website. They called to confirm the appointment and then they told me it was going to be a minimum of $135+++ I kindly said no thank you I'm all set. They called me back 15 minutes later and said they would honor the price. The aesthetician wore latex gloves the entire time that were a size too big at her... so the only thing I could smell was latex in the sound of that rubbing up against my face. I'm pretty sure she just used soap and water. I asked for a deep cleansing facial, she "cleansed" my face for no more than 2 minutes, max. She was washing my face, rinsing out the washcloth a bowl of dirty water that she had removed the scrub from. She would leave the room for 5 mins at a time and in the salon, the owner (?) was walking around talking on speakerphone... the least relaxing environment I have ever been in. I paid to have a face mask put on, it would've been a heck of a lot cheaper if I did it at my house. Finally, I went to check out and there was a miscellaneous $10 charge. There was no mention of "additional charges" when I was on the phone yesterday discussing the price. I think my skin looked better when I walked in. Super unhappy, would absolutely not return. read more

I have been to this establishment multiple times now since my last review and I have been very satisfied with their threading services. I make the appointment on line. The staff are friendly and welcoming and have done a fantastic job each time, with lots of attention to detail. The place is clean, plays soothing music and the prices are very reasonable. Parking can be challenging to find so it's best to arrive a bit early to allow for that. I will return and do recommend. read more

I've never left a review like this before, but people need to know what's happening here. Not only was the service rushed, sloppy, and unprofessional, but the environment was downright hostile. The owner, Duncan, made openly racist and homophobic remarks while I was in the chair, completely unprovoked. He spewed hate, used foul and offensive language, and even spread blatant falsehoods, all while I sat there stunned. It's disturbing and unacceptable for any business to promote this kind of toxic behavior. This isn't just bad customer service--it's a place that fosters bigotry and misinformation. Do not give this establishment your time or money. There are countless other salons that treat people with respect and dignity. This one absolutely does not. read more

I was very pleased with the outcome of my eyebrows. The woman who did my eyebrows was friendly and did a really great job. I'm giving 3 stars because their Yelp page promotes a $10 eyebrow threading service when you check in on Yelp; however this wasn't honored. When I asked why, the woman responded saying her boss doesn't allow this coupon anymore, even though it's posted on Yelp. They also charge a 3% service fee if you pay with a card. When I asked to pay with my card, the lady seemed annoyed. Pro tip: bring cash. read more

Tempature checks when you check in. Hand sanitizer available as well, at the reception desk and station. Remember to have your own hands clean because you will need to hold your eyelid during an eyebrow appointment. They are taking appointments only through an app/online. On Google, you can IM with the shop owner directly with a quick response, which was neat. The younger lady does a decent job on eyebrows, but I prefer the shop owner as she seems to be more experienced and precise. $12 eyebrow service and metered parking on street and parking lot ($0.85/hr with Park Mobile app). read more

I live in Stamford and drive all the way here just to get them done. First visit today as it recently opened near my house so the convenience is great! Love that they're so clean...she was her hands, used sanitizer and a glove before touching me! I loved getting my eyebrows done at this salon until today went in and was being helped by Lila that does my eyebrows but then she let someone else take over and this person messed up my eyebrows. I was so happy I had just let them grow out and was going to get them shaped up and cleaned up I didn't want to be rude so I let the new person do them and I really regret it I'm very disappointed I'm in the point of tears now looking at how messed up they look. I complained to them about it and then ask Lila if she could fix it she tried but there's no fix. I'm highly upset that now I have to let them grow which will take months and I have to walk around with uneven eyebrows.
