The ambiance of the location is so zen, so cute, and so perfect for a relaxing massage. The location is prime, parking is easy, and they have the best bagel place and coffee place on the same block :)

5 Stars all Day Long!!!! I found Ela by pure luck…read more While I was purchasing a new foundation at Saks fifth Avenue in Greenwich, I spotted one of the ladies that works there. Her hair was perfection, each strand of hair was in its place and the cut was so flattering as well as her color. I asked for the referral. I called Ela and scheduled 2 appointments for myself and my daughter. Last time I had a haircut this good was 17 years ago when I lived in NYC. Coincidentally, turned out we both lived in the same neighborhood and Ela knows my former stylist. She has the same training and background, we had a lot in common and our conversation was fun. . It's been 3 days since my haircut and I received so many compliments. My husband NEVER says anything about how I look, EVER!but he actually complimented my new look this time and that alone says a lot. I am very pleased and scheduled my color appointment soon. I plan on scheduling a facial and few other pampering treatments soon. Thank you!

She let me try all the colors I wanted until I found the perfect red for me. I never felt rushed or like she was annoyed with my indecision, which is a nice change from other salons. The nail polish is natural(?) toxic-free(?) I'm not sure, but I noticed that there was no chemical smell, which is really nice. My pets appreciated that when I got home. When Willow did my eyebrows she first looked at them while I was sitting up and we spoke about her plan. I have notoriously wild eyebrows and it's very difficult to get them right so I often let them grow out after someone has gone too thin, or misshapen them. That was the case when I went to Violet- they were fully grown and bushy, and you can see the fantastic result in my photo. Willow is clearly very experienced and great at what she does. I'm so happy this place exists and is right around the corner from me. I'll be back!

I had a horrible experience while here. For context, I have done Brazilian waxes at EWC many, many…read moretimes. I decided to try sugaring because I heard it hurts less. That was NOT accurate. It hurt worse than any Brazilian wax I have had. Obviously, that depends on pain tolerance. The girl who waxed me was not the owner (probably mid 20s). She told me to do all the normal positions and it seemed like she was doing a good job. I specifically asked if she got a spot (it occasionally gets missed) and before I even finished asking she interrupted and said yes. When I was done, and my knees were still open on the table (exposing me to the lobby), she opened the door yelled "done!" At me and left the room. There was still sugar stuck to me. When I got home I decided to check out the work. She missed MANY spots including the spot I asked about. Very unprofessional and rude. Will not be returning.

I've been Sugaring probably for the past 15 years and I had an excellent aesthetician in Florida and then I moved to upstate New York, and I wanted to find someone that was equally as good here in New Jersey. I found Lotus Skin Care while doing some research on the web and call to make an appointment . I spoke with Secilia she answered all of my questions. She explained the location where they are, and the service that they provide. I made my first appointment with Secilia. I had the most amazing experience. Secilia is a consummate professional. She's friendly, inviting, and very personable. She puts you at ease and make sure that you're relaxed. She's also very communicative making sure that she understands exactly what your needs are. Every time I call Cecilia answers his phone and says hello Barbara, which adds such a nice touch a nice, personal touch. They offer many different types of Sugaring but I can say that each time Cecilia does it she does an excellent job. I would definitely recommend anybody that is looking for a new location or has never had a sugaring before and wants a new experience or any other services to check them out.
