I initially went in for a hydra facial and wound up booking an appointment for a Halo treatment. I'm half Asian and I have to be EXTREMELY cautious when using products and lasers on my skin that could cause me to hyper pigment. My concerns have always been my acne scaring, uneven skin tone, enlarged pores and fine lines. After discussing my options of a path to achieve the goal that I wanted, I opted for Halo. After my treatment, I had mends on my face for a few days that fell off. And then after a week the texture of my skin felt significantly different. Then tried to make another appointment, took 3 weeks to get one (as she either didn't respond or gave random dates/time and then would not follow up if that didn't work.) Finally had her confirm one and she canceled 5 mins before saying her nurse was sick (she has never used a nurse). Really tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but it really is just a scam.
