She would leave the room for 5 mins at a time and in the salon, the owner (?) was walking around talking on speakerphone... the least relaxing environment I have ever been in. I paid to have a face mask put on, it would've been a heck of a lot cheaper if I did it at my house. Finally, I went to check out and there was a miscellaneous $10 charge.
