There was a mask, scrub, different serums and lotions. Unfortunately, that was the only thing I enjoyed. 1. I walked in for a 2pm appt and just waited in silence for 15 minutes with no explanation until someone came out to direct me to a pedicure chair. 2. I asked for a medium massage - it felt like she was trying to squeeze out my internal organs. She didn't speak English so I couldn't even explain that I was in pain. I literally bit the pillow of the head rest to get through it. 3. You have to pay tip on the original price, not the Groupon price. So I literally paid half of what I spent on the Groupon on the tip. And the tip is mandatory. Like they ask for it as soon as your services are done. Made me feel really uncomfortable. 4. Not a sterile environment. The technicians are constantly cleaning their hands but the floor was dirty and there was a dog running around! TL;DR: Only go for pedicures and make sure you have no plans that day.
