I've been going to Westport Lash biweekly since November and really gave this place a chance, but…read moreI'm officially done after some disappointing experiences. Yes, it's expensive (double what places nearby charge) however, I knew that going in and was willing to pay top dollar with the expectation of premium service. But instead of feeling pampered or valued as a client, I often left feeling like I was a burden. The owner's attitude is consistently rude, and I've been made to feel like the way I live or maintain my lashes creates "extra work" for them. (I barely wear makeup and I don't wear eye makeup). It's uncomfortable and unprofessional. On top of that, scheduling is rigid and inflexible, which makes it tough for clients with normal life demands. Bottom line: For the price they charge, the experience should feel luxurious--not stressful. I won't be returning.
