It was a terrible experience. An employee named Yuki had no patience with me. She was impatient when I asked more questions and her skills were not good. My eyes felt a little sore after the operation and she said it was normal. As a result, my eyes were red and swollen the next day when I went home, and my eyelashes were stuck together. She didn't answer the phone or acknowledge me! I suspect that the medicine used in this store is too low quality. I really don't recommend this store! read more

I have been going here for over 2 years and LOVED IT. Since the change in management the last two months the service and quality has gone DOWN HILL. The new management, woman behind the counter, has no customer service experience or seems to care about the employees. The first appointment with the change in management She was very aggressive in confirming my appointment. I received the "normal" text, then she went to the extreme to contact me VIA phone. This was out of character, then when I arrived I noticed the change in management. However, she failed to mention, to bring cash for the lash tech, as she no longer will be accepting tips from card payments, for them. This showed me how much the techs were thought of :-(. Luckily I had cash. I also noticed the quality of my eyelashes are not how they used to be. My lashes do not last as long as they used to. The lashes are falling off before my 3 week appt, where in the past I was able to keep them 4-41/2 weeks. In addition there would be music playing to give it a SPA like experience. The musics was not turned in until 1/2 through the appt, watering down the service. The icing on the cake for me was when I showed up for my 3 week appt and was told my tech was no longer there and left two weeks ago. The same tech I was receiving service from for over a year. I was never told or even given a courtesy phone call to ask if I would like to reschedule with another tech. I was furious. She seemed to have no care. Safe to say I will NOT be returning. read more

Every time I go in to patronize this business, the girl Kally, is EXTREMELY nasty and rude. Her unprofessional attitude towards problem solving has forced me to find a different place to do my lashes from now on. I always tip well and I am not a difficult person. I was simply asking her to fix my lashes because one eye looked sloppy, and the other was done perfectly. My vision isn't great so I didn't notice at first but my daughter noticed the asymmetry and told me to go back and ask if they could fix. When I did so, Kally made sure to ridicule me for my request by speaking in her native tongue to the other girls working there and causing them all to laugh at me. I'm not a paranoid person but an adult woman who knows when she's in a "Mean Girl" situation. This was not the first time I'd dealt with Kally's nasty attitude, but after my last experience, I won't be returning. read more

Very nice place for lashes. Noticeably fluttery but still never looking over-done for everyday glam-free life and had loads of compliments on them. They show you many ways to customize to your taste/style. I would recommend 80 lashes- I feel less would not be enough even for someone who wishes for a natural look. Also, their silk lashes are much softer and lighter than mink so I recommend upgrading to the silk to care for natural lash growth. The establishment is very clean and serene! Lucia does amazing work and leaves no glue so they're easy to brush for maintenance and last wonderfully between fills. Appointments can be booked online or over the phone and the gentleman who works the front desk is very nice and accommodating. I once did not make an apt timely enough right around the holidays so they were basically completely booked. He took my number first thing in the morning when I called and he followed up with me for a slot from a last minute cancellation to get me in! I recently went in for removal of my extensions and my natural lashes look damage free after 3 months of extensions on them. Will get them on again at The Lash Bar for the summer so I won't need to wear mascara in the heat! read more

I've been a loyal customer for 2 years. During that time, I've mostly had a great experience, however, there is one technician there (middle bed) who is terrible with her application. Stretches the stickers so your eye is susceptible to the alcohol and glue and each time she applied a lash my eyes would burn something awful. The next day my eyes are swollen, bloodshot, and very sore. After the 2nd time I was placed with her with the same painful result, I demanded that they make a note to not schedule me with her ever again. My problem is mostly with management - especially the woman behind the desk now. She has zero customer service skills and didn't apologize once for scheduling me with her after I specifically asked not to AND expected me to pay full price OR come back in and get them removed. There is zero accountability, and zero human decency when dealing with something as precious as someone's eyeballs and they don't care about catering to the client's preferences. I've finally decided this place isn't worth returning to anymore. If you want an absolutely stellar lash place, go to Nash's Lashes in Westport. It's a farther drive for me but worth not dealing with what The Lash Bar put me through. read more

Great service! My lash session was fast and painless- it took about 50 minutes for the 80 lash exte. I had Tiffany and she was so gentle applying my lashes and taking out the leftover ones from my previous session. DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I got my lashes done yesterday and within an hour after the service, I could not see, my eyes were bloodshot, tearing profusely, and my lashes were falling out (a full on reaction to the service). I decided to take a closer look at my eye and there was glue and a piece of hair (not my color hair) in my right eye. I called my eye doctor and he told me it was an infection from either the tools they used or the amount of glue that entered my eye from lack of precision (see photo attached - this was after rinsing/using eye drops). I returned the next day to immediately get them removed and the manager at the front desk told me it was not their fault. Not sure whose fault it was, because it was clearly NOT mine. For the removal of my lashes he then, proceeded to give me the same lady who put my lashes on to take them off. What kind of business is this? Blaming the customer and not taking responsibility is NOT a way to run a business. Will be sure to TELL EVERYONE NOT to go here!!! Horrible experience!!! Will definitely be looking for another reputable and responsible business to get my lashes done at. Absolutely absurd. read more
