This is a review on first impression, I did not feel comfortable even pursuing a service. Upon entry, there were 3 individuals in the small waiting area (which is also the entryway). Despite postings on the door indicating that customers would need to wait outside after signing in to respect social distancing. There was one woman with a client and another client sitting in the chair right beside her. Social distancing was not a thing there either. Also, other reviews referenced face masks and shields, that was not the case. The woman had on a mask but no shield and again, the lack of social distancing did not make me feel comfortable or assured that other protocols were taking place either. Everyone inside did have on masks and they were worn appropriately but given current covid rates, much more should be in place. I'm wondering if things have slacked off in the past few months but hopefully they will remember we are still in the midst of covid and reinforce them. read more

So first I would like to say I went to the place in Stamford Mall to get my eyebrows done and the lady screwed them up! It took 3 weeks to grow them back. I found iBrow on Yelp. When I walked in Roma greeted me and saw what a state my eyebrows were in. She was very sweet to ask what I wanted and took her time to stop and ask me if this was the look I wanted. They mess up my eyelashes like big time!!!! My eyes and eyelids got irritated from it.... I called the place up and to see if they can remove it for me and they can't do anything with it. They said just "water" to removed them... Apparently that did nothing to removed them. Please don't get your eyelash extensions done here, it's affordable price but not worth paying for it. Or else you end up like me struggling to removed them. I have to go to the amazing lash studio and got them out professionally. It all worked out!!! Came here on labor day weekend. It was my first experience with threading and i was really pleased with the results - she gave my brows a great shape and definition whilst keeping to the natural shape of the arch (and not too thin, which was always my worry with letting someone else do my brows). GREAT PLACE! I never had anything threaded prior to visiting here. I was so nervous. Roma makes you feel very comfortable. I am such a baby when it comes to facial waxing. Threading hurts less. Is this place ever open? Arrived yesterday at 10:00 am and nobody was there. Waited until 10:10 and decided to call. Someone told me to come back later. Had lots to do so decided to go back in the evening. I called once again so I didn't waste another trip. No answer. Tried again today to call and make an appointment, but again there was no answer. I can't imagine how this place stays in business with no answering service, nobody there, and no sign listing the actual hours. I've been going to this place for about 4 years for eyebrow threading and I always leave satisfied. The staff are friendly and do my eyebrows exactly how I ask. I'm very particular about my eyebrows. They keep them thick and provide shape, just how I like. Depending on which person does them, it does hurt a little more but I'm always pleased with the outcome. read more

Horrible horrible horrible spot I went there to get individual lashes and at first they were too long and the next day I just didn't like them. She used way too much glue and I had to go to a whole different professional studio just to get them removed. some of my eyelashes are actually gone. I would never recommend of individual lashes some people just don't know how to do individual lashes. read more

I was looking for a place to fix my eyebrows after the last bad experience I had so I decided to come to iBrow studios. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Rita and asked what I was there for so I said eyebrow threading I explained my last experience and how I needed someone to try to fix my eyebrows because the last person had removed too much hair from one eyebrow so it was thinner then the other. One eyebrow is round in the front and the other is square! Once I looked at my eyebrows and noticed what she did she told me I was confused and berated me as if I was crazy!!! she quickly started blaming me and told me I should have checked my eyebrows before coming. This salon is probably the best threading salon in southern fairfield county. I've been visiting iBrow Studios since they opened last year and I have never been disappointed. Rama and Pramila are fantastic eyebrow threaders, both ladies are very sweet and always cater to their customers. The wait time for threading is never more than 10-15 minutes but I highly recommend scheduling an appointment or calling ahead for body waxing or facials.
