They called to confirm the appointment and then they told me it was going to be a minimum of $135+++ I kindly said no thank you I'm all set. They called me back 15 minutes later and said they would honor the price. The aesthetician wore latex gloves the entire time that were a size too big at her... so the only thing I could smell was latex in the sound of that rubbing up against my face. I'm pretty sure she just used soap and water. I asked for a deep cleansing facial, she "cleansed" my face for no more than 2 minutes, max. She was washing my face, rinsing out the washcloth a bowl of dirty water that she had removed the scrub from. She would leave the room for 5 mins at a time and in the salon, the owner (?) was walking around talking on speakerphone... the least relaxing environment I have ever been in. I paid to have a face mask put on, it would've been a heck of a lot cheaper if I did it at my house. Finally, I went to check out and there was a miscellaneous $10 charge. There was no mention of "additional charges" when I was on the phone yesterday discussing the price. I think my skin looked better when I walked in. Super unhappy, would absolutely not return.

The only qualm I have is that afterwards, I had some redness above my eyebrow that I thought was just the normal redness. On a closer look, it was a small abrasion from the threading. I've never had that before, regardless of how bad the threading was. I also recommend that you go with your own eyebrow comb, tweezers and scissors as hers looked worn. I would go back but my search for good eyebrow threading continues...
