Each time I come, I have received five star treatment. My nails are impeccably manicured (j choose the powder gel manicure) and the massages are the best. All of the employees work together like a family. The first time I came, it was because I was attending my mothers funeral. Esther felt so much for me that she walked me out to my car afterwards, and she continues to ask how I am doing each time she sees me. She also gives out little token gifts during certain times of the year (ie, Christmas) and decorates the salon so beautifully. I could go on and on about my experiences at Spa Grace!! Just go there yourself, and you won't go anywhere else.

My nails have always lasted a long time after each visit. I've gotten gel extensions and fill-ins, and both have held up really well. They also offer a free rewards card, which lets you earn a free service after a few visits, which is a really nice bonus! The staff has always been friendly, and the salon itself is peaceful and very clean. Overall, I've had consistently great experiences here and will definitely be coming back again soon!

I had a flight to Italy the next day. I called to and from nails to see if they could potentially help me out. My nails were very thin and in so much pain. Unfortunately, they were completely booked up and cannot help me that same day, however, the manager told me to send in pictures of my nails to see what happened. Again, my nails were paper thin and you can see it in the photo. I received an email saying that they could try to squeeze me in the next day. Again, not to be dramatic, but it literally felt like my life was ending. The manager took time out of her own shift and help me with my nails. Although they couldn't do a complete removal (my nails were so brittle any type of shaving would cause more damage). I was treated with the utmost care. They did everything they could and save my nails. Honestly, so thankful for their time and generosity. I got to keep my nails for the trip to Italy and that made me really happy. Although I am from Houston the next time I am in Connecticut I will 100% be coming back to get the full experience.

There is no place in the waiting room to escape the noise (and the cluttered, visual display of random merchandise). In the pedicure area, the music was just as loud. I expected a quiet, spa-like experience for my overpriced pedicure and was instead met with a cacophony of noise. Beyond disappointed in this dramatic downfall.

The technician Yuna was very professional and very skilled as I have some physical limitations and she was excellent and accommodating and did not make me feel awkward when helping me in and out. The other staff were also very attentive. The environment was inviting and clean. I went at closing so quiet was a given. I was very happy with the service from Yuna. I was in an out in 17 minutes. My one comment; because I have physical limitations, sensation and touch issues of the feet, legs and hands, as well as allergies to polish, I cannot enjoy the benefits of a relaxing pedicure and never a manicure. I would like the proprietor to consider a no polish, no message a step down from the price of a standard pedicure and charge maybe $10 to $8 less for the time not spent and the product no used. However, I will go back, during a normal busy time to see if the professionalism, skilled technique and attentiveness remain. I will recommend this establishment if anyone asks me. Thank you for the last minute accommodation, it was a change of pace to be treated as normal.
