There is no place in the waiting room to escape the noise (and the cluttered, visual display of random merchandise). In the pedicure area, the music was just as loud. I expected a quiet, spa-like experience for my overpriced pedicure and was instead met with a cacophony of noise. Beyond disappointed in this dramatic downfall.

Each time I come, I have received five star treatment. My nails are impeccably manicured (j choose the powder gel manicure) and the massages are the best. All of the employees work together like a family. The first time I came, it was because I was attending my mothers funeral. Esther felt so much for me that she walked me out to my car afterwards, and she continues to ask how I am doing each time she sees me. I arrived only 10 minutes before my appointment, and it wasn't enough time to check in, finish the paperwork, and change into the robe. The facial ended up being closer to 45 minutes instead of 60 because we got started late. However- it definitely did not take away from the quality of the facial.
